He's already been talking online about having a new set complaints lined up - even told Cousineau about that near the beginning of today's hearing.

Amazing he'd want to spend time on that if he can earn in the "mid three figures" a day. Then again, he isn't saying where the decimal point falls in those three figures.

I don't think Shepherd was there. But I'll bet that Meghan Murphy and Lindsay Shepherd are the ones he wanted banned. He gloats about getting them booted from twitter, but you know he'd be terrified to encounter them in real life. He's also got delusions of self-importance, and thinks there's a chance they'll actually show up.

Edit to add: Harks was in the news recently when they tried to release him to a women's halfway house, and the mayor of Brampton told the feds they didn't want him in their city. They found a technicality to get him back to jail. Away from the citizens of Brampton, but back to harassing the women at Grand Valley.

Don't see what his problem is, if he spent less time on twitter threatening folks and out cruising on sticker patrol he could catch up with his 'work' after the hearing(s).

How? There isn't a bailiff to stop them, Devyn C can't physically stop them from doing anything. They have a "safe space" policy so they aren't going to touch anyone or their possessions without their volunteering for it. The HRT thinks they are addressing real injustices so they don't want to dismiss the case for low level disobedience. This thing with texting/tweeting is some low level shit compared to Oger v Whatcott, where the defendent was ordered to remove a shirt, the shirt had text/pictures violating the tribunals rules and they were unable to make him. They could not compel him to use neutral or feminine pronouns for oger. They couldn't stop him from yelling that it was a kangaroo court, the emperor has no clothes, etc. They made his fine extra high for disrespecting them, but that's all they could do. They must deal with this all the time, ordering people to do x y and z and then being blatantly ignored. Real courts deal with this too, until the real consequences become apparent and most people calm down and obey, or get hauled off to jail for a bit. A tribunal "judge" will impotently demand shit all day long with no way to enforce it and pretend their job is really important somehow.

Joking aside I'm gobsmacked that this sort of behaviour is not being picked up on officially. Wasn't she ejected from the hearing last week and yet here the old bat is going around intimidating people. What the hell?
