Just a heads up for any Kiwi's or friends of Kiwi's living in the building, had a person PM on reddit that Yaniv has a camera aimed out of his front window on the Strata entrance after his Ring Doorbell was removed. He is recording everyone who comes and goes in front of the building, Strata hands are tied on how to handle it ATM.
I'd say take it with a grain of salt but knowing Yaniv, this is totally something he would do to try and frame someone at wrong place/wrong time

Ok I'm glad I'm not crazy. Archive.li has been very intermittent for me too lately. The past few days, it refused to work but today it seems to be working fine. Something must be going on over there.
Yaniv has a tweet with a twitter screenshot claiming PFT was slapped on the wrist by twitter, but here I see another screenshot from PFT saying twitter found nothing wrong. Someone faked a screenshot here or more likely simply reused the very common "we found blah blah blah" image. My bet is on our boy Yaniv being the lying liar here.

Honestly Dan Dicks is a bit of a cow on his own. He's a kind of a moron and any other time, we wouldn't give him the time of day but he didn't deserve to be locked out of his twitter over his own fucking video. I'm not surprised Twitter keeps taking down accounts for "misgendering" even if it's JY. He did change his ID legally. He's wearing wigs, makeup and dresses. That's what counts for Twitter, and it's been clear since November.
Twitter isn't banning people for calling him a racist or a pedo. You just have to refer to him as "they/them" or "that individual" while doing it. He's baiting people into calling him "he" so he can report them.
ETA: @SourDiesel yes I agree Twitter and BCHRT could have done otherwise. Dan calling him "he" was tangential to him having that public freakout, and even building maintenance called him "sir." He and his mom have demonstrably lied under oath to BCHRT repeatedly. They have discretion in whom they ban or prosecute. At this point, reviewing just JY's complaints probably takes a FTE making $100,000 at Twitter. It'd be more profitable for both to let JY go.
