Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

1. lurk more

2. Blair is in an impossible scenario because there are groups of people saying "JY is not a REAL trans!" and other people saying "Yes, she is transgender but don't forget that women can be predators too." If Blair uses "She" pronouns she risks alienating the one group, if she uses "he" pronouns, she alienates the other group AND gets accused of transphobia (and possibly booted off social media). So when discussing JY on a platform like Youtube or Twitter it's safer to use the preferred pronouns or to avoid pronouns altogether. Otherwise the post might get pulled, which isn't the goal when you're trying to warn a community about a predator amongst them.

Once upon a time Blaire didn't give a fuck who she alienated, she just spoke her mind. Shes changed a helluva lot.

Our poor Jessie had a slip and fall and is currently in hospital. Thots and pears

It's an image thing, Blair's audience has changed since she first started. She's become less of a token trans person on the right and more of the voice of reason among trans people while still appealing to generally right wing people. Using neutral pronouns is her best bet for keeping up this YouTube gig because trans people don't want to be that person who misgenders another trans person. But they don't want to be seen as playing to Yaniv's agenda by using "she" to the rest of her audience.

Forget about Blair. We need, wash your penis vs. wax my penis debate

Jonathan Yaniv is a creature of chaos and needs to wash his penis and the makeup off his face and start taking some responsibility. He needs to dive into the stomach of giant whale and confront his absent father. Women represent chaos and Jonathan needs some order to be a man.

Interesting stuff.

For the divorce to have happened in the US, that presumably means that one (or both) of them must have been US citizens at the time? Does that fit with what we know of their histories?
Nevada is home to the quickie one-signature divorce and you only have to be a "resident" for six weeks. Ahuva was the defendant; she wouldn't even had to have been there. And considering that her youngest was 7 at the time...

Also Mrs. Ahuva Yaniv was a resident of Surrey starting in the 70s (and Richmond before then and Israel before then) and continuing the rest of her life; her children still live in Langley / Surrey / Vancouver.

ICBW, but I thought member Cousineau had directed Jessica to stop filing transgender discrimination complaints with the BCHRT until the currently-pending ones were resolved?
Not quite - the phrase DC used in the last decision was "[JY] agreed not to file any further, similar, complaints until all of her others had been resolved." (top of page 21).

DC did threaten to not accept further claims without an explanation as to how the new claim "furthers the purposes of the Human Rights Code...to continue to advance further complaints that allege essentially the same facts." - so she has left the door open to reject claims she feels are essentially similar.

TY for the info. Hey, if someone uses one of those high power Ebay lazers and shines it directly into the camera lens won't it destroy the camera?

Yes! I fried my security camera for several minutes after seeing it on a TV show. I used a regular laser pointer. I believe it was a solid 2 minutes, you just have to trust your aim.

It's kind of hilarious that I'm looking into info about the siblings but the word "Yaniv" automatically brings up a bunch of articles about Johnny boy.

Quit praising Ryan. Anyone who goes to the lengths he has to pull cishet dick is always going to be a damn sell out.
