Also I think a lot of the time what eager patients such as JY perceive as "oxygen" is actually the uh, thingy that measures respiration rate. I don't know the technical term, but it goes up your nose like oxygen tubing does.
Also what does JY mean by "if i was in the lake with what I had" ?
Respiratory rate is measured by the pulse oximeter on your finger.
If you want to make a patient feel like you're helping them when they don't need help, you slap on a nasal cannula with O2 at room air concentration.
