Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

Donald is a wacko to be sure (I've met in in person). but that doesn't change the fact that Jonathan Yaniv is a pedophile.

Donald looks like he has a Developmental Disability, so it's kinda good that at least he's trying. Looks like a lost soul adrift in a society that has excluded him. You can hear when Dan Dicks says "So Progressive" and Donald mimics "so aggressive, hey?" in an attempt to be included.

Donald also misidentifies the Passenger Assistance audio (connects to the switchboard of security service for the building, usually for people stuck in the elevator) as a fire alarm...

At 00:16 he says "She just pulled the fire alarm."
At 00:25 Dan says "Wow, so Progressive."
At 00:26 Donald says "Yeah, so aggressive, hey?"
Dan then corrects for recording.

Donald is a challenged normie, but at least he's trying to question the system. Although, it might be more likely that he's a groupie of Dan.

You must not have seen any of Jonathan's social media posts and private text messages with underage girls then.

He's been trying to groom girls for YEARS.

This shit started in 2008 when he tried to organize an "National sex day" which was in the media nation wide.

He posts photo's of himself INSIDE washrooms with preteen girls in the background.

He literally weaseled his way into the social media manager position of a teenage girl singing group to gain access to their teenage and preteen fan base.

He actively sought out of the advice of girls on how to approach 12 YEAR OLDS to assist them with tampons.
Those things are creepy, but he hasn't been arrested for any of them. He will never be arrested for them. There is burden of proof in the legal system for a reason. Facebook conversations are wide open to reasonable doubt. "To Catch A Predator" needed offenders to actually travel to a bait house because conversations, alone, aren't good enough for jail time. Cops will not prosecute a case they don't think they'll win - they want high conviction rates, they don't want to waste their time chasing a pedo around, failing, and making them better prepared for next time. Unfounded accusations of pedophilia are one of the few names you can call that CAN land you in monetary damages because it's a career ruiner (not in JY's case cause he already ruined his lol) but that's why it matters that when you use it, you really mean it - you have to back it up with more than Facebook convos that even boomers know can be photoshopped (and that's all that JY has to say to make a few of them lose interest and tune out the rest of the evidence).

I strongly encourage new Kiwis who are outraged about pedophiles to read the Nick Bate thread. An angry mob did not take out Nick, his victim did. 12,000 creepy tweets didn't get him arrested, his victim's testimony did. The legal system doesn't work on "this person is creepy as fuck".

And what if all the stuff about Jonathan does become completely public? I mean. Noone says it's necessarily gonna be done by someone frome here
How is it not public? His HRT cases have done an excellent job of making him infamous. It's one of the best things that could have happened for the little girls of Langley, because he's on a LOT of radars now. His access to victims is cut off now that no adults will leave the ball waxing guy alone with their kids in a change room. That's a pretty good result for containing someone like him.

Hmm. You're right. The public just needs to see his true colours

That's just the short list.

You're on the Farms, mate, which has carefully curated these events since 2018 November 9 as seen in the forum FAQ.

We all know this or should.

What @Cryin RN seems to be saying is don't waste the RCMP's time by going to them with JUST this. They already know. Go to them with verified victims or proof of new illegal action, as Null did on Aug. 6. Where I disagree with her is her assertion that talking in FB is for asspat points only when in this case it's also spreading the bad news to others in that area who aren't on the Farms, who get most of their info from Boomer 24/7 media, and who consequently might not be as aware as a Farmer or a Post-Millennial reader. The response to that lady asking whether Jon's pedo charges should have been the PM link to the Jessica Rumpel and Ashley Smith developments in July, the NP article detailing his arrest on weapons, and Oger's essay in April.

If he gets released on bail after his restricted weapons & uttering threats charges (hybrid, I think I recall, so he won't get a jury) his conditions may be so restrictive that he'll breach them right away. Some of the conditions would probably be:
  • Not to use the internet except for employment purposes.
Very vague, he can be breached on the merest suspicion of unauthorized use.
  • Not to go within 50 metres of any location where children are likely to be in attendance.
Like a playground, school, swimming pool.
  • Not to attend any tribunal location without a scheduled matter, and not to file any matter without this court's permission.
Scarlet-lettered vexatious, covering the lower courts he has used to extort his income.
He'll likely default on his mortgage, be forced to sell at a loss, quickly burn through anything stashed away, and become a welfare recipient, because he does have a mental disability, as it appears. The system in BC is PWD, I doubt he has meets the threshhold for CPP-D, and he won't qualify for any hypothetical private coverage.

The conditions of bail for the Weapons Charge will be what does him in, I expect. Breaching those, you get expedited back into jail, and his SSO is gonna be pulled, meaning they could tack shit on, too. I don't think we'll see a big takedown of the pedophile, but rather more likely death by a thousand cuts.

See: PWD

That will probably get you banned, on this board. Read the rules.

Making our documentation (archives and screenshots) public plus commenting and laughing is exactly what this board does. What Farmers don't do is organized troll ops. There's a difference. You joined hours ago and you're already backseat moderating in error. Lurk moar.

Ya according to the LOLsuit and JY's dox, there's an "elderly aunt" who lives with Miriam in her apartment on the 4th floor at 8880 202nd Street Langley BC. Well as of December anyway. Unless the aunt is totally senile and being abused, she probably high-tailed it back to Israel.

Maybe the aunt kept Miriam in some kind of check when there. In the Feb-May time period, Jon was whining about how his family was being "disowned" when it might have been them rallying around to get this sister out of Dodge. It'd explain why Miriam really had no public appearance before wheeling Jon into TOL in May and then going balls-out.

Are we sure the “elderly aunt” isn’t simply Jonathan in his mumu?

Well let's see if Bernier gets the ban hammer.

Surely, telling the big bad Québec man off in obvious Google Translate French is going to make him change his mind

The only thing I would add to @Cryin RN post is that the cops and crown attorney don't want to prosecute until they have an airtight case, not necessarily because of conviction rates but because if they charge him and he is found not guilty, they can't charge him a second time for the same crime. They can't go around charging people and dragging them into court for the same thing over and over until it sticks. You've got one shot and you better make it good. That's why.

@ATaxingWoman Holy shit I barely speak French and even I know that is some Google translate bullshit

Allow me to mock his piss-poor français:
-il y a means 'there is', not he. Yaniv already made an error from the very start.
-Comment pouvez-vous diriger: the correct way to say it is, <<comment dirigez-vous>>. Pouvez is redundant in this context.
-usage of vous-même: Yaniv tries to say you, yourself, but if you retranslate his French, it becomes 'you don't respect yourself the people'.
-the last sentence: 'it's why the liberal party will succeed in the respect of the people.' The correct verb is gagner (to win, to gain).

Final grade: 0/20, try again, Jonny boy.

I don't speak Hebrew, but I think his French is better than his Hebrew.

Those errors are consistent with how someone who took French in school but never read or heard much spoken would write.

The same shirt as the day before. I thought for sure the Tweeters would call him out on it so I read through hundreds of replies but I couldn't find one. In my day and in my social circle, showing up in the same clothes as the day before meant that you got unexpectedly lucky the night before. I highly doubt that would be the case here.

One reply made me laugh more than others, although there were a lot of good ones. I'll share it here hoping some of you haven't yet had the pleasure.

I don't think he attended that swim party. Maybe he went to the pool for his photo op the same day as the fracas with "David".

"She didn't leave her mom's apartment til after 12:00 and they went out together."

You're right. His French is reminiscent of someone who scoot-scoots by two years of French in highschool with barely-passing grades, whereas his Hebrew is like someone who is hard of hearing trying to transcribe spoken Hebrew.

My French reeks of French Immersion in an Anglo town. Also a bizarre accent from having francophone teachers from places spanning Winnipeg to Belgium.

I recognize the mangling, where you still translate English into French, word for word. You can also nail an English speaker by their inappropriate sprinkling of "comme" (ooh, phrasing) into spoken French. It's a direct translation of where they would stick "like" into sentences.

You get the next step further in FI, you can think in French, but you don't converse often enough to pick up colloquialisms and really nail down usage. If I am trying very hard, at best, my posts look stilted and excessively formal.

Well, I'm pretty sure that's still better than that mangled abodomation Yaniv put up. What's worse is that whatever he put in Google Translate is probably still better than anything he can pull off by himself.
