Do any of those he's harmed have any legal recourse to sue him for damages? The waxers & such?
It would be fitting to see his ass having to face civil legal action
If you look at the only BCHRT case to actually conclude both Yaniv and the waxer made an application for costs. Yaniv's was declined but the waxer was awarded $150 from Yaniv in order to punish him for making and then withdrawing claims

Now in the upcoming cases some of the waxers lost their businesses. If Yaniv's claim is turned down it seems like they'd have a better chance of getting damages. John Carpay will hopefully point this out in his application for costs.
