Clearly he is just baiting with this. If he wanted to review it, he could just buy it and review it. I know he loves getting free stuff, but even he is not so stupid as to think a business would send him a product like this to review when it would only negatively impact their business.
He just likes pissing people off. It is the only way anyone pays any attention to him. Once people start to get bored with the period stuff and underage swim events, he's going to have to escalate to get the same response. I'm interested to see how far he'll have to go before Twitter and/or Canadian authorities decide he's gone too far. I'm betting he'll cross several lines of degeneracy before either will ever reach that conclusion, if they even do. That troon shield seems to be pretty impenetrable.
Maybe Jon's life is really is just one big social experiment after all ...

This needs to be refuted. Cousineau has made two things absolutely clear: (1) that she is dedicated to the ideals of the BCHRT and (2) that she considers Yaniv not just an absolute fucking embarrassment but a threat to the very existence of the BCHRT in its current form. In the Laser Cut case she found against Yaniv and ordered him to pay costs. In the matters heard in July she did affirm the tribunal's purview over matters like the "gender-affirming care" bullshit (and thereupon tended to side with Yaniv when jurisdiction issues came up), but she was also quick to shut his antics down when they strayed beyond the boundaries of the tribunal's brief, as they frequently did.
Say what you will about Devyn Cousineau, but she's no dummy: she clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada, which, if it's anything like the US Supreme Court, does not hire stiffs. Collaborating ex parte with a party in a matter before her--even were they not a certified piece of shit like Yaniv--would not only get her cashiered from the tribunal, but might well lead to its abolition. As it is, Yaniv has rapidly become the most infamous litigant in the tribunal's history, and has subjected it to all sorts of unwelcome scrutiny. When Devyn sits on Santa Claus's lap this Christmas season, the one thing she will ask for is for Jonathan Yaniv to go away and never come back.
