If anybody else has posted that Twitter account, I've missed it. It's golden.

He starts by asking her for advice on buying a woman's swimsuit because his skin is sensitive to pool chlorine but he wants to use the hotel pool when he goes to CES in Las Vegas in July 2014. He says he wants a one-piece to cover more of his skin. (Yes, that makes no sense, but this is fetish play, not a real attempt to protect his ugly hide.)

Eventually, he's asking about how he can hang around in bathrooms asking girls for pads. The selfies he posts in the DMs show he's still presenting as male. These are just excerpted - more messages were sent in between those in these screenshots:

I'm going to ditch breakfast and capture all of the images posted to that account. When Yaniv finds the account, he'll try to nuke it and the archiving sites don't seem to be saving the images of the DMs, just links to them on Twitter.

"Can I get a pad and your number?" "Would that work?" -- OMG, Yaniv is such a clueless tard. His whole larping as a woman is just an excuse to get close to women. It is both sad and intensely creepy at the same time. He's definitely a sexual predator in the making -- if he ever gets the opportunity and a victim he thinks he can physically overpower, I've no doubt he would cross that line.

the listed in the forwarded message below were recorded by the claimant Jessica Yaniv in Canada.
Under Canada's Copyright Modernization Act (https://laws-
lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/annualstatutes/2012_20/page-1.html) I believe I have full right to republish these
videos. As the videos were originally posted by the claimant on public forums, I believe the claimant has
no reasonable expectation of privacy. Canada is a single party consent jurisdiction, so the laws should be
equal in effect throught the country of Canada.

The claimant, Jessica Yaniv of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, was chastised last month by the British
Columbia Human Rights Tribunal for abuse of process and also for being a bit of a racist. Other content
creators such as Donald Smith and MeowMix have had their content on Jessica Yaniv taken down due to
unwarranted flagging complaints by Jessica Yaniv. Jessica Yaniv has a history of intimidation and
inappropriate sexual conduct with minors. Jessica Yaniv is also due in court on December 5 for
possession of a prohibited weapon (a taser). Tasers have been linked to fatalities in the past.

Jessica Yaniv has a history of claiming to be suffering harassment when their disturbing and bullying
behavior has been noted.

The author of this email bears no personal ill will towards this individual and would like their YouTube
channel to be reinstated so that they can continue making video game videos.

Would it be possible to see any further details of the claims the claimant made against the videos listed
below?

Sorry to hear that, so best of luck to you. Last year's case with the deranged troon 'composer' who DMCA-nuked everything in sight and finally had almost all of them reversed shows that YT WILL eventually listen if shit goes high enough.

Also make sure to do the normal DMCA protest, as the next step JY will have to do is come up with actual proof of ownership of copyright, which in Canada he cannot do, and in 2 weeks the claims will drop off and videos reverted. You will still have to poke YT to restore your account once fully vindicated, but you should get it back if your email dosen't succeed.

The DMCA strikes are most likely valid. If JY recorded the material then he owns the copyright to it. The way to fight this is not by arguing with Youtube or convincing them to give you your channel back. Just post the videos everywhere and anywhere that will allow it, even places that won't. JY won't be able to keep up. A new youtube channel is trivial to make anyway - unless you're trying to claim credit or get attention for exposing JY, there's really no loss here. Just keep uploading elsewhere and under new names.

Awesome amount of effort. But did you do the thing that really matters and file a counter-notice/dispute? It sounds as though you didn't and simply got mad on the Internet. Those counter-notices/disputes are the only way around said copyright strikes as that's how the DMCA is written.

Yaniv has been running amok with DMCA campaigns to shut down his critics, including shutting down Donald Smith's independent news circuit on YouTube. Moreso, Yaniv shut down Meow Mix on Flickr. He's feeling rather boastful. Whether you love or hate Donald Smith, he gets under Yaniv's skin and is apparently Yaniv's newest obsession (to bully and harass). I guess he feels he can bully Donald to make himself feel better.

In response to the abrupt shutdown at over 520k views, Yaniv was personally sent an email from a contributor, which he retaliated with death threats. Although this isn't new when dealing with Yaniv at all, but he's pretty on edge as of late. Look to the skies- because Meow Mix won't let Yaniv silence them.

Also, he lost his appeal. I guess he can choose to go to the BC Court of Appeal now:

Devyn Cousineau's tone is markedly different in this judgement. It's a concise slap down written in the knowledge that a superior court may review it. I'm surprised that Yaniv was so thorough and organised in this appeal. He covered all the bases. He may act like a clown but he is also occasionally the ringmaster. @Judge Holden If I'm not mistaken the judgement is similar to a civil suit. The waxers would have to file liens against him & such. I don't think there's any further legal punishment if he milks paying it
