Yeah, I remember reading something similar on KF. I find it shocking as there must be kids out there whose parents don't give a shite about them and these are the very kids who need adult intervention. Slightly off topic regarding adults, here in the UK when it comes to the likes of Domestic Violence if the police/prosecutors feel there is a good enough case they will proceed to prosecute even if the victim won't press charges.
If a child is involved re grooming etc all the more reason for the authorities to step in with or without the child's "blessing". The very nature of grooming warrants that I feel.
Sod hurt the pc brigade and "protected" groups. If enough people are contacting the authorities regarding yaniv then he should be thoroughly investigated. His computer and phones should be checked to counteract any denials. I would like to think someone is doing all this behind the scenes but seeing how he is flaunting his behaviour on so many levels I really doubt it.

Tl;dr: non commercial drivers face no restrictions unless there is multiple fainting episodes. Even then, the patient has to report to ICBC and their physician that they have had a fainting episose.
No reporting = no restrictions, which is probably what JY is banking on.

Not having kids, being single, and this dude thinking 9am-7pm is extremely long workday. And I like how he plays it off that 7pm is so late that it precludes him from going out and having any kind of plans.
Plenty of adults clock out at 7, commute home, get ready and meet their friends at the bar at 9 or 10 and hang out til close, 7 isnt too late at all. I guess the key part of all that would be having friends though, and Yaniv doesn't have any friends.

I saw earlier somewhere in one of these threads that a Mountie told someone that in Canadian law you need a victim for them to investigate, which i *think* means that sending creepy messages to someone isnt investigateable unless the person in question* reports it (this was before Jess and the others came out). Surely if the victim is a minor it wouldn't matter that they personally didn't report it?
If the female isn't authentic it would be lit because that gives me hope that he might not have been doing that shit to an actual child. It's not a Yaniv sock though according to him.

On construction site or labor job someone would end up smacking him for incompetence and not pulling his weight. I've seen it happen. People get real pissed about that kinda thing and it's not like an office job where people are thinking about lawyers and HR.

Aye, but Yaniv has also posted about his seizures, his "brain tumor", how he couldn't feel his legs, etc. He's gone to the hospital via ambulance many times, wasting valuable resources that should be used for people in real medical crisis. This wasn't a one time fainting spell, if it even happened. It's just one of the tools in his arsenal he uses for his own nefarious purposes. It's all about being able to manipulate people.

Honestly, I was hoping that what we were witnessing is a sting operation. If nudes were sent, though, that doesn't seem likely. Someone does need to report it because even if Jon hasn't done anything he can be charged with, clearly that girl has something going on at home that she needs help with if she would reach out to JY of all people for attention.
I'm still somewhat optimistic that we are seeing an elaborate troll operation. Maybe because the possibility of it being a real underage girl is just too depressing for me to accept right now.
