I think his "I am both" comment earlier was in response to someone telling him that he's neither a woman nor transsexual. So it's him saying "I am a woman and transsexual" - which also makes zero sense.

This, on the other hand, sounds spot-on. Even in men's prisons the whole "we rape people we don't like" is more trope than reality (in most places you just get beaten, shived or strangled).
