That amount is the equivalent of 1400 approx pound sterling/1800 US dollars.

Honestly im considering going back to the start of the JY thread and revisiting all the shit dug up about his pre-troon past, because I feel that the truth of his particular mental diagnosis can be found back when he was relatively unguarded in his online profile management and not yet trying to build up his "fame" on the internet by actively and intentionally provoking hatred through his repulsive words and acts.

I dont think he is psychotic, that would imply he fully believes the shit he says and frankly his actions do not match this given how deliberate they are.

His words and actions show a singleminded malice and obsession with using the bullshit he spews as an excuse to abuse, offend, upset, and straight up assault people, especially those unable to fight back, with social and legal impunity. This is beyond just being a sociopathic opportunistic scumbag, he pathologically wants to piss people off through his treatment of those he inflicts himself upon IRL, which is why he is emptying his bank to fund this shit from lawsuits to buying up his social media "brand" and why he is utterly crippling his future to do so in a way that even a retard would know is an insanely bad idea.

The fact he is willing to cause and risk such financial, personal, and even physical damage to himself just to hurt others is why I have been consistently voicing my fears of shit getting really nasty at some point for a year now, either due to him getting away with so much he decides to cross the worst moral and legal lines to get more of that precious negativity, or because he finally starts to get what he deserves and decides to lash out in as despicable a way he can think of before he goes down.

This is someone who is obsessed with both hurting people and outraging society as a whole, no matter the cost to himself, which in and of itself is an extremely worrying combination even before you factor in his open pedophilia and obsession with getting access to children.

Previously, when Yaniv was "applying for disability", if Yaniv could get the meal supplements, could yield $1,100 CAD per month. Although it was as of October where Yaniv was denied welfare, which is a lot of less and Yaniv having home ownership means no subsidies. If Yaniv was successful in the interim, I see that there would be a $9,600 per annum catchment- meaning Yaniv could collect welfare benefits up to that mark before being deductions dollar-for-dollar beyond that point.

I recall EMBR pays $20 per hour and pays usually within 72-96 hours from an assignment.

Since Yaniv's too cheap for a lawyer, I am also certain Yaniv's too cheap for an accountant. I am convinced if push came to shove in a lawsuit, Yaniv would need to disclose documents. A professional could determine "cooking the books".

I am not sure what Yaniv's mortgage is on the place, but I do know Jonny and Miriam were the sole beneficiaries to Jack's will, as Yaniv publicly showed animosity towards his half-sister a few months back. So I am speculating, but the half-siblings probably saw nothing of Jack's estate. There was a sufficient return on property values on the Greenside Estate condo, but Yaniv did buy at the Hawthorne during the height of the real estate prices before the Foreign Buyer's Tax.

Living in Langley is substantially cheaper than living in Vancouver. $2400 per month for a single woman is quite healthy if she has no mortgage. You can easily get groceries for $400 per month, without looking at prices much. No commute brings monthly fuel under $250, auto insurance would be a few thousand a year, depending on vehicle and history.

Strata fees are often quite high, and special assessments are a constant threat that affects people on limited income, but without major surprises, MY would have a very comfortable standard of living.

If you don't have a calculator for those scenarios already, RedFin.ca is one of the real estate sites that provides one on its listing pages. For Yaniv's strata, RedFin.ca doesn't have a clue about the HOA dues (past sales for other units show $139/mo, but WGKitty's the better source, yeah), but once known they can be added in. Mortgage rates can be dinked with as you please.
