Why does it feel like The Rebel's proximity to Yaniv and all their greedy antics is going to make this thing turn into a big ol nothing burger? I mean, I agree with Keann on Yaniv and I'd totally punch the dude(Keann) if he came up to me bugging the shit out of me. He stinks of a greedy con artist.
Agree--Rebel is a sleazy e-begging con-job operation. However, perhaps only a sleazy con-man operation run by a guy with a 90+ i.q. can truly take on and beat a sleazy pedophile would-be (but too stupid to be with 69 i.q.) conman. Let's let nature take her course for a bit at least......

Well, on the bright side, he's lost the Tribunal as his weapoin of choice. I don't think the fat bastard has even seen six thousand dollars in his life, the concept of giving brown people money probably makes him throw up in his mouth a bit and even if he pays it, they've told him to fuck off for six months regardless.

He could try this shit with the courts, but they have a really short fuse when it comes to being fucked around with.

It's now been 4 days since he's tweeted. Odd. I wonder what personal tragedy he's enduring to elicit this silence? Hopefully he's dead and rotting away in his dirty little bed. I'd make a special trip to Vancouver just to shit on his grave and then visit the aquarium in Stanley Park.

Wasn't it reported that Yaniv finally had a defence lawyer? Perhaps the lawyer made it painfully clear to the hambeast that shutting the fuck up is probably a good idea while trying to convince the judge to be lenient regarding the weapons charges.

The National Film Board of Canada presents:

Holy shitballs does this ever bring back some memories. Those old-style 1980s busses, the VPD beat cops who don't have to wear body armour because the world isn't a post-9/11 terroristic nightmare yet, and the ol downtown east side. Walked those streets so many times as a teenager, getting wasted and fucking around and never fully realizing just how close true misery lay in proximity to you.

We're going off topic here, but yeah. Vancouver's got probably the worst drug and street crime problem of all the west coast cities of North America outside of Los Angeles.

The thing I love about the documentary is that despite how horrifying it is, leaving out of the context that one of ts subjects died not long after its filming (April), it's shockingly hopeful and optimistic. One of the subjects made it out alive and hosted an AMA on Reddit about his recovery, and it was heartfelt to read. All of Nicola's spots are worth enduring the harshness surrounding them to see the police very clearly acting endearingly towards her, and it makes you root for her in a way.

Moreover, it proves Vancouver Libtards' image of the police wrong; they're VERY friendly and understanding.

So relating this to Yaniv, I can imagine that his constant calls to them over someone swatting a fly in his presence would shatter that illusion quickly. And could you blame them if that was the case?

It's particularly sobering (no pun intended) to walk around the DTES today because of how perfectly it encapsulates some things about what's wrong with our world today. First of all, it's been a nightmare since the fucking 80s or earlier. Like, Im sure there's criticism to be levelled at how it was achieved, but large parts of NYC were dangerous and run down in the 80s. Today, Manhattan is basically disneyland. I just don't buy that these are unsolvable problems, it honestly just seems plausible that Vancouver is a dumping ground for other cities to ship vagrants to with a one way bus ticket so that they can be somewhere with a low risk of death from exposure - that would cause greater public outcry over homelessness, and those in charge recognize and are at peace with that.

The main thing though, is the DTES can really show you the reality of haves and have nots by just walking 3 blocks along any street. Several award winning new restaurants, very upscale boutiques etc are there because the rent is what they could afford, so you have bougie hipsters, kids of Chinese multi-millionaires who's parents are laundering money through local real estate, etcetc rolling up to these places to drop $700 on a pair of jeans or $350 on dinner for two, you just need to sidestep past a few tweakers pushing shopping carts and screaming obscenities across the street, maybe go past a few doorways with someone passed out in a sleeping bag at 4 in the afternoon to get there - and maybe leave your Tesla at home and take transit.

..and then there's Jonny boy a few streets over at the Tribunal, trying to extort some Indian ladies doing some waxing on the side out of their house/van.

I actually am quite fond of Vancouver but it'd take either being rich or some really great opportunity to make me want to move there.

Today a decision in X vs. Hot Mess Salon came out. It’s Jonny boy! I hear this one preceded all the vexatious crotch waxing activism.

So many red herrings...

Moved from Cloverdale to Walnut Grove prior to March 2018 is Greenside To the Hawthorne, respectively.

“I work in marketing”

“This is not ok”

The verbiage and demands...

I’ll post more on Meow Mix tonight.

Oh its for sure JY. I mean unless hot mess was sued twice by two different trans people that both live in Walnut Grove. I'm so happy he lost another case :)

Pretty certain San Fran and Oakland would have something to say about that.

Oh and the mention of the cruise ship beauty pageant discrimination. I had to go back to May 26 and May 28, where Yaniv got pissy with Oger. Total dead ringer if the marketing and the previous application on January 31, 2019, to get a publication ban, which I have concluded ended once a decision was made. Yaniv never made an application to carry it on after this decision.

So public domain is fair game.

Looks like someone didn't get snuggles that night.

I am REALLY surprised and a little bit pissed off they let him withhold his name. Given that Devyn took the publication ban away, how the fuck did he get it back.

The publication ban was dropped by Devyn when it was pointed out by Jay Cameron that Yaniv was tweeting about the cases.

I don't recall Yaniv tweeting about Hot Mess, but more importantly, they weren't represented and didn't appear in the proceedings, so there was noone to contest the granting of anonymity.
