So he has near enough single-handedly trained his 4/5-month-old puppy into a full on working service dog, Rightio. These training organisations are obviously ripping folks off.
yaniv needs to get his fully-trained service puppy to open up the fridge door and pour him a glass of OJ rather than grab him a Subway. I'm impressed that a 4/5 month old puppy can easily reach a countertop, the pup will be donning a pinny and cooking the evening meal next.
eta: he's using an insulin pump which, I'm assuming in his case, "monitors blood sugar levels/provides continuous delivery of short acting insulin all day long."..so how and why is he having problems?
A subhuman of Yaniv's low cunning is well aware that this dog represents his best hope for financial and romantic success in the foreseeable future.
First and foremost his trojan dog has the potential to open up a whole new vista of lucrative civil action against small business owners. Yaniv may disingenuously play dumb on this particular issue, but he is well aware that his puppy will not formally qualify as a support animal. That being said, I suspect that, when his assault trial roles around in February 2022, he will attempt to convince the court that his dog should be present with him as he faces these charges. Should the court acquiesce, he will use this as a precedent to extort money from anyone who refuses to allow his animal on their premises - 'the Canadian legal system recognises my dog's role as a support animal, so why won't you?'
The dog also allows him to assume the guise of a stereotypical 1970s child predator, who lures children into his orbit with the promise that they can pet his puppy.
I am in no doubt that if Yaniv - a man who thrives on drama - is allowed to own a firearm, he will draw it in anger. Whether he pulls the trigger is another matter, but he will brandish the gun in a threatening manner. No ifs or maybes on this one. It's a foregone conclusion with someone who is this unstable and who embodies a deteriorating mental state.

Depends. Shit slips through the cracks all the time. Despite what gun control activists claim, a lot of mass shooters would have been denied from legally owning guns but usually get them because they "borrow" them from a relative, do an illegal (felony) straw purchase, or the system straight up fails and does shit like allowing a guy with a dishonorable discharge from the Air Force for domestic violence buy a gun. But nobody at a gun store or elsewhere would ever sell to JY to begin with and he's a shitty conman so even some armed troon wouldn't let him borrow their guns.
His best shot at a gun is going to Israel and joining the IDF but he's so fucking fat he'd be referred to the ordinance department to be dropped on Gaza.
