Perhaps it's just me but why bother with the "service dog" label if the said dog doesn't need to be certified ie anyone with a pooch can claim whatever they want and be afforded access to wherever. Maybe leave the genuine certified as "service dog" and re-label those untrained so the two are completely separate entities. yaniv wants the same luxuries as those who have spent 2 years & $35K...and judging by the above mail he's getting it, despite his pup's unruly behaviour.

An aside: I can only imagine the volume of emails and phone calls this dept is going to receive from Boy Wonder.

Actually stumbled across a service dog training event yesterday. Was at the local hippie market when a trainer was with a team of dogs and potential owners, giving a lecture. I noticed because I almost ran over a tail with Little Noodle’s stroller. Not a peep from the dog.

I almost wish I had a GoPro attached. Magnificent group of dogs, completely ignoring the rabble around their humans.

I posted a short vid (on the previous page) as I became hooked watching these dogs in action. I'd heard they were really well behaved but to actually see them in action is something else eg ignoring food/treats laid down before them, not being distracted, calm and on the alert...

Amazing animals and utmost kudos to the dedicated trainers.

I would also like to point out, that not all people who need guide dogs are blind. The five people who were with the dogs, four were elderly with mobility issues, one person was in a wheelchair, and whatever (actual) invisible disabilities they might have had.
