I asked the admin board if they would highlight it, they've said nothing - now I'm wondering, are medical records one of those things that can't legally be reposted online even if publicly disclosed? Because Yaniv WILL sue or DMCA or whatever if there's even the faintest possibility that it's not kosher.

Once they go to the court, they are public record, period. People are welcome to post them anywhere they want.

If he wasn't completely retarded, he would have asked for a closed hearing, and to have all records submitted sealed, since the value of the record to the public is less than "the mental duress and potential damage" done to his person by having them available to the public due to his gender dysphoria and the discrimination and ridicule transexuals receive. He would actually have had a fair chance at that due to the stigma attached to being a transsexual in society. Note, I do not believe he has gender dysphoria, or that he would suffer actual duress, I am just stating what he could have done from a legal perspective. What I'm amazed by is how aggressive he is, despite the Gabapentin, Risperidone, Amitriptyline, & Cyclobenzaprine (which you really shouldn't use with Amitriptyline), the dude should be 60% of the way to babbling gork. All of those have sedating properties, some very much so. He does take one small upper, Bupropion SR 100 mg, probably BID, so 200 mg total. That's a low dose, certainly not enough to counteract the sedating properties of the rest of the meds. I'm thinking he is less effected by the doses because he is so incredibly fat.

(Dunno how it works in Canuckistan, but here in Aus "currently taking" medications are largely self-report, so Yaniv could just be nodding along when the doc says 'still taking xyz?')

Some sedatives can have some unusual and often opposite effects if mixed. Plus it's not like any amount of drugs could actually make him stupider.

Closest thing I can think of to him pushing a "fat acceptance" agenda was his tweet to WestJet and another person saying "Stop with the fucking fat jokes. I am not fat AT ALL. This is discriminatory, disgusting, and you need to stop. NOW." on April 10, 2020. Other than, I can't think of him ever addressing his weight as not being an issue.

Who can forget the accusation he flung at Anna Slatz (wtte, you dont know what it's like being overweight) until she replied that she herself had been obese and that she was still having to work on losing/maintaining her (I'm uncertain if it was dieting and exercise or WLS) weight loss. With the drugs he is taking I would think that his mind would be so dull that he would basically be a drooling zombie. Not to mention that his sex drive would be virtually nonexistent. Johnny Boy truly is a medical marvel.
