Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

Unfortunately for the world at large, the fat ass, retard, piece of shit, munchie, non-woman, feral beast that is Neverthin John Yaniv, he's absolutely correct regarding the treatment. Use of silver nitrate with saline is directly contraindicated. The way silver nitrate works is that the silver nitrate is solid, AgNO3 (Hey Null, include proper superscript and subscript support in the forum software you are making so writing things out like this it doesn't look like I'm posting using software from fucking 2000), which is activated by introducing water (preferably sterile, deionized water, but just sterile water is good, never saline), which causes the salt of silver nitrate to separate into its ionic components, silver cation (Ag+) and nitrate anion (NO3-). The free silver ion is what provides the action needed against hypergranulation tissue. You leave it on, you don't wash it off, until you prep the site for the next application. Even if they had washed the site with regular water, the silver nitrate would have still had some activity, but rather suboptimal. However, they used saline. Saline has a decent concentration of sodium chloride in it (NaCl), which, in water, also dissociated into its ionic components (Na+) and (Cl-). As soon as saline is applied to an area with active silver nitrate, it stops the silver from working. The silver cation (Ag+) immediately combines with the free chloride anions (Cl-) to form silver chloride (AgCl) and this bring the desired action of the silver to a grinding halt since it is now bound up again.

One is supposed to use saline on silver nitrate to stop the reaction for some reason, and for no other reason. They fucked up the treatments, and as a result they were very likely unsuccessful, allowing the hypergranulation material to persist and possibly get worse. He doesn't deserve $35,000 for it, he could never prove that amount, but if he wanted to argue malpractice, there is no question that is what happened. If he wasn't a total retard he would have had an expert witness statement stating what I wrote above, his case would be a slam dunk. The agreement to settle might be because the place that provided the treatment realized that he was right, with no possible dodge, and they are going to offer him a settlement that is in their best interest, maybe $5000 (which would be an honest assessment of what he is probably owed). He would be smart to take it. If he tries to push for more, he won't get it. What happened to him isn't worth more than $5000, and if he pushes for more the amount he would be granted if it was evaluated by a judge, would probably be $5000 (or less). He should just grab whatever money they are offering him with his greasy, fat, stubby sausages he calls fingers and he and Miriam can oink all the way to the bank with their shekels.

You couldn't make this shit any funnier if you tried. It's like a trashy sitcom, a hoot.

Everything about this is horrific, the fact that the gynecologist had to rip into his wound and shove a cotton filled condom into the gash to make it so Johnny could get more than a fingertip(!) in there...

The ethics of it all aside- I don't think shoving contraceptives into a grown man's pelvic cavity is in the OBGYN job description...

Great response! We talked to a couple experts and got the same info about silver nitrate.
JYs problem is that his lawsuit, and all related documents, do nothing to prove what he says happened. In many ways, he proves he was negligent in his own aftercare. He has no expert witnesses, and provided nothing in the medical records to support his claim that 3BC did what he says they did.
The defendant has made no offer to settle. They've denied all of his claims and filed to dismiss. A settlement conference is scheduled, but that's a formality that needs to happen before the case can go any further.

But I'm not seeing any notes from the Three Bridges Clinic of any sort, let alone any that specify that they used saline in the way that JY says they did. I didn't see anything in the doctors' notes that said Three Bridges did the wound care incorrectly. I may have missed something. Three Bridges is the main clinic for sexual reassignment aftercare so it would be odd for them to make this mistake; The mistake would be much more likely at one of his many ER visits. He claims Dr. Vilayil said Three Bridges did it incorrectly but that isn't in his notes.

It's possible that they did it incorrectly, but if the only evidence he has is what he saw, it's going to be a problem. I would be really, really shocked if Dr. Vilayil was willing to throw Three Bridges under the bus, even if she thought they'd made a mistake. That would be a major bridge-burning decision. Dr. Vilayil appears to have something of a specialty in trans issues and Three Bridges is the major clinic for that. Doctors (at least the ones here) are pretty notorious for not being willing to come out against other medical providers.

The only thing Dr. Vilayil wrote down in those notes as a cause of JY's problems is that JY wasn't dilating.

You are right about silver nitrate and saline, but the documents themselves mention that the doctors not only recommended the place where the silver nitrate treatment was applied, but also made positive comments on the results. Nothing in his medical records actually shows the malpractice he claims happened.

I think the Quebec doctor either didn't know about the silver nitrate treatment he was getting in Vancouver, or recommended saline before the silver nitrate treatment was started.

Edit: If anyone has it in them to look up when he claims he started the silver nitrate treatments, it would be very useful in piecing together this horrifying timeline. I think it was posted in the social media thread.

Very informative explaination so far about the treatment works. While it may solve it, the thing Jonathan failed to realize is that the treatment may end up successful or not and yet after the treatment, he's too delusional to be wary about it for a long time, then a long time later, realize the treatment issue and then immediately fill a lolsuit about the treatment just for the money, beside from "settling" the location and nothing else. The fat, retarded tranny should never deserve any money, even if he is correct about the treatment or not.

You are all correct. The records he provided are apparently incomplete, likely intentionally. I think there is a good chance there is no documentation of what he was claiming, or there was documentation and it contradicted his claim, so he omitted it (but wasn't smart enough to remove the pages that talk about the recommendation, outcome, and the discussions with Three Bridges). There are exactly no notes from the Vancouver Health Authority/Three Bridges clinic. Those would be absolutely essential to prove anything. He seems to have provided everything but the patient record from Three Bridges. If the notes from Three Bridges had the information regarding treatment in it the case was a slam dunk. What a retard.

Also, his claim of a third party interfering with his care is no doubt complete delusion. He is obviously referring to Dr. Marria Townsend, of the Provincial Health Care Authority, Transcare BC. They have absolutely nothing to do with Vancouver Health Authority, Three Bridges clinic. She doesn't have anything to do with the VHA, in literally any way. Any connection he sees between Dr. Townsend and VHA is a figment of his imagination. He needs the dose of his antipsychotic increased.

That's a lot of health issues for a 34 year old guy. My grandfather is 86 and diabetic and takes less pills.
My dad's 82 and he just had cataract surgery for his retinopathy. He also doesn't take anything for his beetus cause he works out (see: walking) so much and is pretty good at controling his diet. Stress, and a lack of impulse control is amazing at causing issues to get worse. I've said it before, the doctor who let Yaniv go through with his axe wound ether wanted the experience or did it to spite Yaniv knowing he wouldn't take care of it.

Great informative post, thank you.

A couple of points that I think others may have already picked up on...
  • yaniv's the one pushing for a settlement not 3 Bridges, they're denying all his claims of negligence. We really only have his word about all this and tbh he has been proven to be a liar.
  • He was gunning for this Dr well before his castration so she was damned before he voluntarily and repeatedly attended. "I swore that the minute I get out of surgery I'll do everything in my power to strip her of her license..." so the woman was targeted every which way.
1645597237618.png

  • He didn't hesitate to approach them to find his "clit" because he felt they knew more than the medical bods he had already pestered and claimed he didn't trust.
  • Who knows what damage he was doing to himself after the nitrate treatments/appointments. He wasn't exactly shy about posting his grifter saline stock online. He didn't appear to follow Brassard's after-care instructions eg he was taking 2/3 full baths per day in the same month he had the surgery, Hell, he even admitted to Arianna that his GRS problems were down to his own negligence.
I note that his mother claimed that no one from the clinic could be gotten hold of (jon boy also told Arianna similar) and yet in this recent upload he claimed he was in contact. The yaniv grifters really need to learn to get their stories straight before accusing anyone.

Someone was always going to have to pay for his op whether it went flawlessly or not. And, like I said, he was out to get this Dr. long before any "negligence" accusations.

Ah Yaniv, case example of why Canada is in the shitter. Man came up with issues and failed provide legitimate diagnosis.
If it wasn't for cuckolded medical establishment, he'd have a sociopathy diagnosis and conviction for harrasment.
Because Jonathan can't tell difference his ass from his face in his narcissistic delusions and, his ego and professional victim status keeps him unfortunately form neckroping.

Risperidone is what they give literal schizophrenics. I knew a dude in college who was on it for that reason, had it been a few years later he'd probably have a thread here. It's not Zoloft. It's what they give you when you're FUCKED. Can't say that I'm shocked, but holy shit.
I know this is an old ass post and a little off topic, but let me sperg for a minute because I remember reading about this crap...

Spoiler because it’s kinda long.
Risperidone was given out like skittles in the US a decade or so ago because it got approved for use in teenagers, especially those with autism, even those who were otherwise high functioning. Thing is, big pharma was giving doctors financial incentives to prescribe it to kids. Kid bullied at school? Having some sensory issues? Kid not adhering to your expectations? Here’s some crazy pills to turn their brain into mush. That went over about as well as you’d expect, with kids who were a little quirky, but otherwise normal, turning into glassy eyed zombies due to the sheer amount of antipsychotics they were taking. What’s worse is that it fucked with their endocrine systems to the point that they would grow tits and actually lactate. The problem was that none of the prescribing doctors knew this was a side effect, because it wasn’t studied long enough in developing bodies before being pushed to the market. Countless kids went though cancer and tumor screenings because doctors had no idea what the fuck was going on. Only then did the company who owned the patent say they made a fucky-wucky and owned up to the side effects. They had to settle out of court with hundreds of parents who’s kids went though dozens of unnecessary medical procedures because of sheer greed. Perhaps the most fucked up thing is that the girls weren’t eligible for compensation because, all teenage girls want giant lactating tits amirite?

This shit is so scary to me personally because you should be able to trust your fucking doctor to do what’s best by your kid, when most are lining their pockets with money from these pharmaceutical companies by drugging your kids.

The most horrific thought? Yaniv lactating. :(

Oh yeah the risperidone will also jack up his blood glucose levels and insulin resistance. It's not as bad as olanzapine but it is pretty damn bad- all the atypical antipsychotics are. I can't remember the average weight gain with his specifically but it trends out to between 50-80 lbs weight gain in one year of use. That means for every guy who manages to only gain 10 lbs, there's some poor sperg walking around with a 150 lb weight gain from this crap.
