What standing does JY have for any legal action? I’m pretty sure the Strata doesn’t actually need a bylaw change to ban him from the premises. He’s performed enough dangerous and disruptive actions that they can legitimately get a restraining order.
You'd think the strata/building would be easily get a court order to ban him. Annoying other residents or something like that. Makes me wonder if he is named in the title, somehow. (even though it's an over 50s building or whatever). Perhaps he acted as a guarantor or something? Not sure how, based on what we know about his income etc. Wouldn't be surprised if he swindled something like that somehow, though.
We know he isn't. He tried to sue Miriams Strata last year over the fire alarms. They backed him up hard about not being a resident and not being a layer who could represent her.
