It's a truly terrifying law in the claws of someone like Yaniv, though. I'd hate the idea of a litigious bully being handed over my details and thus easy access to bullying me or suing me in one of his lolsuits, should he randomly decide I didn't smile enough as I crossed him at the door one morning and must hence be an ablist and transphobic bigot. Yes, I'd win that case, of course, but it'd be extremely stressful nonetheless.
Also, it can't be great for property values when "great condition, recently refurbished" comes with a side of "oh, and the narcissistic, violent and vexatiously litigious convict paedo down the hall will get your details".
