This is abundantly clear from the document, yes, even to someone like me, i.e., "definitely not a lawyer".

I do wonder about that law, though. Clearly, whatever legislators had in mind would have been of an altogether more benign nature. Administrative stuff, perhaps.

It's a truly terrifying law in the claws of someone like Yaniv, though. I'd hate the idea of a litigious bully being handed over my details and thus easy access to bullying me or suing me in one of his lolsuits, should he randomly decide I didn't smile enough as I crossed him at the door one morning and must hence be an ablist and transphobic bigot. Yes, I'd win that case, of course, but it'd be extremely stressful nonetheless.

Also, it can't be great for property values when "great condition, recently refurbished" comes with a side of "oh, and the narcissistic, violent and vexatiously litigious convict paedo down the hall will get your details".

The only reason he still lives there is because they literally can't tell him to fuck off - he owns the strata he lives in.

I have had the same neighbours for quite some time and I haven't a clue what their full names are as I don't want to know / I have no need to know - most sane folks probably feel the same, so I find this particular law baffling. Why the feck would my full name and home number mean anything to anyone unless wanted for nefarious reasons?

Imagine being a single female, living alone with some would be rapist/voyeur living in the same building having access to your full name and living arrangements...God forbid if you've got social activities/work place etc documented online.

Hah. Jonnyboy really fucked up by making enemies of the public services that he relies on for his attempts at grifting. The RCMP are completely done with his bullshit, as are the firemen and ambulance services. No one is going to willingly help him ever again from these organizations, and they will go out of their way to fuck with him instead.

This is really important to point out. Had he kept them as allies and played nice with the powers that be, he would have got away with so much more, like Oger does. Instead, his weasel brain decided he was more powerful than everyone else and he thought he did intimate the various government agencies into compliance. It's been fun to watch.

Excuse double posting, just a quick question.

When this comes to court and punishment (hopefully) is being given out will his past violent behaviour / false reporting be taken into account? I'm thinking on the lines of both Bexte and Elston incidences.

His probation from the weapons charge is over, and the charge has been discharged.

However, it may be a violation of release conditions from his Bexte or Elston-related arrests.

Can someone explain to me what the March 2nd charges are for? I don't understand what "502(2) app: replace undertaking form 10 w/ release order" means
