Can someone explain to me what the March 2nd charges are for? I don't understand what "502(2) app: replace undertaking form 10 w/ release order" means

The March 2 502 application is an application Jonny made under section 502 of the criminal code to have his arrest undertaking (release conditions set by the police officer I believe?) conditions modified into a release order issued by a judge. One of the arrest release conditions was that he cannot go on the property at Miriams strata. We believe he's applied to have this modified/lifted so he can visit mommy dearest.

My understanding is they just have to give out a list of tenants names; let’s not get into subleasing, as that gets way more complicated.
I don’t think they give out unit numbers, phone numbers, email, etc.
At least that’s how it works in Ontario.
If it’s for safety, no one needs more than a name to look up a criminal record.

I do think he expected a list of everyone by unit, blood type, sexuality, race, religion…

I really hope both the Yanivs stratas hire special council to get them out. There absolutely is precedence, but it would require study in specific case law.

Won't they just trespass him anyway, as they had that community vote to be able to ban people from the property? I doubt they will grant him those conditions considering his habitual behavior. Can't wait for them to make him pay for the false fire alarm. I don't know about Canada, but in my State, the property management company I work for pays like $1500 for them to come out. Please give this beast some jail time too.

This is really important to point out. Had he kept them as allies and played nice with the powers that be, he would have got away with so much more, like Oger does. Instead, his weasel brain decided he was more powerful than everyone else and he thought he did intimate the various government agencies into compliance. It's been fun to watch.

Oger has a good 50 IQ points on JY, and the ability to have IRL relationships and friends. JY has alienated a bunch of communities that are very tolerant of crazy. It's impressive.
