Finally facing actual repercussions for his crimes would be more than just. This fucker made international headlines for being a creep and other than public shaming, nothing came out of it, if he spent a single month behind bars, even if it amounts to just scare him straight, it would be worth it!

It is an amazing read. I really recommend everyone to read the full decision. You can just feel how irritated the guy is with Yanivs lol-complaint.
Instead of filing a notice of objection to the decision within the 28 days before the decision is finalized he will just skip that step and go straight to big court. And lets add the RCMP to the suit too, why not? the more the merrier.
I eagerly await when Jon will notice the name of the tribunal member that wrote the decision. That does not sound like a white-person name. Lol, why not sue the brown person too for being a bigot? We all know how you feel about those foreigners.

Pleaded guilty to illegal weapons, assaulted folks, verbally abusive to all, bleats 24/7 about mental health issues in all his filings yet when others are wary of these the yanivs flip. And who in the world files repeatedly for "damages" yet offers no receipts?
I'm now awaiting him taking this to "actual court". Only query is will this before suing twitter? Instagram? before his assault court cases? Who knows

Some legal eagle: His “evidence” consisted of an inadmissible letter, an anonymous and unsigned statement, and a note from Mommy. Then he tried to argue a cause of action that wasn’t in his claim. What a colossal fool.

Oh man! I can't wait to see what happens if JY does elect to try and take this to Big Boy Court. Because guess what moron, while BCEHS does have a required standard of care, above that they have requirements regarding the safety of their emergency services providers. Thus those charming flags in the system are not simply decorative. They are alerting the EMT's to potential hazards to their own safety. If he pushes this you can bet the City Attorney's will dump everything on the Judge. The Sexual Harassment complaints from the Fire Fighters. The Oh so many Police Reports. The arrests for crimes of violence. The first Judge looking at it would ask "why is asking for Police simply an option that the EMT's can request at their discretion. It should be a requirement. "Law Enforcement must be on scene before EMS enters". And yeah that is a VERY common flag in EMS dispatch systems. And no it does not count as a lower standard of care.

I can already see it, 5 minutes in Judge Hamilton will ask Jonno : "So let me get this straight. You already sued them via CRT and lost. Instead of objecting or appealing that decision you decide to just go to a different court and sue them again for the exact same thing?"
Surely no judge will look favorably to this kind of court-shopping.

Somebody in LR replies on twatter claimed to be a fellow unfortunate neighbor of his and said Johnny boy is costing the strata residents forty thousand dollars with his bullshit. I pity the taxpayers and other innocents he’s bankrupting in his quest to be a “real girl” that is being victimized by society as a whole.

I'm gonna be honest, even if EMTs and the police were actually mean and unfair and horrible to me, I would literally only sue if I was going to up and move away forever. Who the fuck would want ambulances and police to hate them. They're the people who are supposed to come save your life when you're in danger, why would you ever antagonize them on social media??
I know he's also making it up entirely. It's just, EVEN IF he were telling the complete truth, why the fuck would you do this.
Also, I misread the tweet at first to mean that he was going to have an ambulance take him to court, and it's pretty sad that Johnny abuses these services so much that that wasn't an implausible interpretation.
