I'll shed a little light on some things.

On Canada it's not unusual to have fire show up as well as EMS at the same call, so they're going to be double pissed as normal, because he's flagged as requiring police as well for standby, you're tying up a fire crew, EMS and the police. It is a massive waste of public resources and eventually they'll bill him for it.

I have been in many women's prisons in Canada. Yaniv won't be doing the shanking, but as he's novel he's going to be passed around like currency.

Yes, all of this will show on a criminal background check, and god help him on a vulnerable sector check or enhanced background clearance. Police also have the ability to both flag a person and locations and link them to individuals. If he even happens to be there and there's another reason police are at his mother's he will be arrested.

Also, he's eventually going to get more restrictive conditions put on him by the crown such as no cell phone or no internet if he keeps his shenanigans of veiled threats going.

The criminal justice system in Canada is sadly offender-friendly and moves like molasses. What this will culminate in is a backlog of police notes, ems notes and an eventual fucking from the crown until he's barely able to function as a normal citizen. Not that he's far off by choice anyways.

Edit: Jail/Prison dilation - If deemed medically necessary by a doctor or medical staff, he will have dilation overseen by a host of staff, and they will make sure he does it. Prison medical staff have evolved past the point of having fucks to give.
