He was most likely arrested and released after an overnight stay, then arraigned.
The cops also might wait until his next scheduled court appearance since he’s not an immediate threat.
He won’t be remanded until trial like so many hoped.

He was already arrested the day of the incident. He was released with an undertaking (series of conditions). As near as I can figure outI assume he just gets served with this Warrant. It becomes part of the undertaking, and is required to show up in court for arraignment on the specified day. If he fails to show up or violates conditions of the undertaking, then he gets cuffed n stuffed.

Now more interesting will be whether thesenew charges violate any good behavior conditions of his other current cases. Most notably the Keann Bexte assault which goes to trial nextmonth?

This has to be the funniest yet. Again he offers no evidence...no medical evidence or vet receipts - not there was any to be had anyway...admits it's racial...no evidence that his dog is a "service dog in training"...what the $5,000 claim covers...thinks a note from his mother is worth something/will swing his claim. He couldn't even tell the judge what injuries Kamal is supposed to have caused, LOL...and then demands that Kamal be removed.

In some of the medical documents Yaniv recently made public, he couldn't handle dilation and his stink ditch has almost completely closed up. Yaniv was "very upset" about this, even though he had told the doctor he wasn't interested in penetration. Then why would you not get zero depth, you idiot?

The appointment was on 6/29/21. Yaniv wasn't dilating due to pain. The doctor couldn't insert one fingertip into the wound. The doctor reports that Yaniv had 4 cm opening with 4 cm depth. He'd need to get a revision to correct this, and my understanding is the clinic in Montreal won't talk to him. So I guess the real question is, if he's sent to prison/jail and has no medical reason to dilate, would they allow it? I think they might tell him it's not medically necessary.

At this point it has been like a month, so an arrest warrant seems pretty pointless at the end of the day. He could turn himself in but he doesn't. The cops who hate him know where he lives but they won't act on the warrant for whatever reason. There are dozens of smarter, more successful fraudsters, abusers and other criminals on every city in Canada, Yaniv is certainly hated by the vast majority of people who had to deal with his horseshit but not notorious enough to warrant a direct response from the State. If they get arrested on this and labeled as vexatious litigants, they're fucked for the long term!
