Were courts even open yesterday? It was a holiday in Canada.

I’m actually surprised they’d make a mistake like that; there’s literally a calendar in front of the judge, defence and Crown/prosecution with holidays, and as basic reference for booking the next date to allow on the spot dates rather than “about 2 weeks”.

Today's / yesterday's unaccompanied court appearance shoots down yaniv's assertions that he needs his "service dog" with him 24/7, particularly for court. We had the deafness aid and his strategically broadcasted diabetes arm "patches"...but no miriam and no dog.

Is nobody, court related, going to pick up on this?

The Meow Mix also spoke out regarding the "Samantha" situation, pretty much confirming what was said and suspected here but stops short of accusing her of being a tweeker.
Yaniv was spotted wearing a ring on his right hand. We’ve heard rumours that this may have been given to him by Samantha, someone we’ve shared details from in the past but has since clammed up on us. According to a source who knows Samantha locally (remember she lives very close to Yaniv, and our source), she is still in regular contact with JY. We’re unclear what the ring means but it isn’t on his left hand so not an engagement. He was fidgeting with the ring in court today several times. We cannot confirm that it is 100% from Samantha but that’s what our source states. Logically, it makes sense. She was hesitant to give us much about him, and has since ghosted the entire team (including the guy she was asking for money from). Our theory is she’s still his bff, if not engaged in some relationship-for-money arrangement. Besides, who else would the ring be from? Hoping someone can get a picture of it soon.

He is now a convicted criminal forever. Wooohooo. Actual jail was probably too much to ask for (I have seen worse assaults at the supermarket).
But the important part is that his pronoun is and will forever be "convicted criminal".

(He will obviously spin this as a great win. His superior legal mind avoided a jail sentence and the real loser here is Bexte.)
One of the conditions is no direct or indirect contact with Bexte. I am willing to bet hard money that this will be violated within the week by convicted-criminal Jonno-boy sending gloating tweets "i am not in jail loserboy" to Bexte.

That one is a lot more serious that trying to punch an annoying but otherwise healthy young man.

Beating up frail elderly people in their own homes is absolutely something that I think the court will take a lot more serious. Especially since he already has criminal convictions. At some stage the courts will decide that he really needs to learn a lesson and will give him a few months in the slammer so that he learns and maybe corrects his behaviour. I think this might be it.
But he is a troon and this is Canada so probably slap on the wrist again.

i really think Canada just doesn’t know what to do with him. They know they can’t put him in women’s prison without causing a massive scandal, they have to if they sentence him to serve time, but it’s illegal to discuss this issue in Canada. Even someone who is normally pro-trans will peg him as a sex pest but self-id and hate speech laws make the issue unapproachable. I think yaniv knows this.
