There's a link in it for trustednerd.com ....click it & you get an error, so I don't think he owns the name.

That used to be his web site. So he owns (or owned) the domain name.

You can register a business name in each province (or federally) for around $100 or less. That gives you the right to do business under that name, and a business number. That doesn’t mean you own the name, and anyone else can use it.

The only protection is trademarking it. Which gives exclusive rights (in Canada) to that name. You could also trademark in the US or other countries you do business in. The trademark process takes around 18 months, and the cost just to apply is $336 (was $250). Then if it’s approved, another $200 to register it.

Unless your business name it trademarked, anyone else can use it. There’s no copyright on business names without TM registration. And no requirement for platforms to prevent name squatting. He would likely have to prove that it’s his own registered trademark to get control of the @.

Trademarks can also be a tricky thing. Someone can trademark the name of a business, but if it turns out there’s already a business by that name that has been operating for 30 years, the OG business may be allowed to continue using that name.

Regardless, I highly doubt he registered anything other than the simple business name. He doesn’t have the follow-through required to do so. And it’s a costly endeavor.

I doubt he was mates tbh, one photo and, afaik, with no 2-way conversational tweets between them. As has been said before he lays claims to be being best buddies with just about anyone when he's trying to scare and/or impress folks... Devyn, RCMP, Jack, Cimorelli, Chelsko etc...the majority of which has criticised / disavowed him.

*He just knew what specific words to put into his Twitter complaints to get folks banned, as revealed in one of the leaks.

It doesn’t come up in a search, but it’s still there with the content posted since it was taken over by LR.

This is what comes up right now on a people search.

The Trustednerd3, Trustednerd4 and JSLitigation accounts were all set up this month, so I’m assuming JY-watchers or Meow Mix adjacent. You can still access the original trustednerd account by clicking on that username in someone’s elses tweets.

It's still not showing up in the app. Are you trying from a browser or an actual computer. You may even need to type in www.twitter.com/trustednerd

It maybe too young to show up in the search bar if you are trying that way.

The first thoughts jessica serenity simpson aka jonathan gill yaniv thinks of when talking about "sexualized violence" are cameras and "OnlyFans".

What better to aid his meat slapping than a vid of a female speaking of her sexual trauma. One sure sign he's never experienced sexual abuse whatsoever.
