If he’s collecting tard bucks, he can’t ever claim lost income without committing obvious fraud.
Cleaning services are covered to an extent by disability pensions, but even they won’t touch biohazard. They’ll do a few dishes, vacuum, maybe dust if you’re lucky/nice, do a basic toilet scrub, mildew spray and wash the shower/tub, help organize a few odds and ends. The occasional spill clean up.
If he’s completely unable to do any cleaning, he should be in a care home.

If he can drive around, spend hours filing court claims, visit the hairdressers, travel across country, attend court, meet hospital appointments, dine out incessantly, owns a wheeled PC chair / cane / walker (ie mobility aids) he has no excuse for his filth. Apart from sheer laziness.

Slight PL, had small cleaning business, long term customers needing domestic maintenance and occasional “industrial“ one off items. The tendency of most people to tidy up before the cleaners arrive is smart. Every surface covered is either ignored or it adds bigly to the time it takes to get through. Yaniv needs the toxic crews who deal with shut-ins, council estates, welfare checks, rent runners and home deaths. Surprised the Strata aren’t dealing with complaints about cockroaches breeding in his property.

Meghan Murphy is a lot more canceled than that. She had the ladyballs (actual feminine testicular fortitude, not just manballs in women's underwear) to be openly trans-critical in the cult-infested woke hive that is Vancouver. She unapologetically holds opinions like "the solution to troons in women's sports is to keep males out of women's sports, end of story".

She's not just banned from Twitter. She got so much overt hate and threats from "compassionate progressives" that she has fled her country and her society in general and is now living in rural Mexico getting blasted on horrible local moonshine several nights a week.

Nice to see Yaniv is still so fucking exceptional that he keeps posting internet tough guy threats at the drop of a hat. Can't wait to see that kid-craving pile of shit in jail for a proper term.
