Given how much the tuition is subsidized in Canada, isn't this kind of illegal. Like a form of fraud. This singe fat fuck is costing the Canadian Taxpayers 3x the tuition of other students and is occupying 3x the admission seats. And not in the normal way he fills 3 seats with fat. Most government tuition subsidies or benefits have 1 simple rule. 1 school at a time.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that all his classes are online study and he's somehow connected to the Uni in that way.

I think he's seeing these course names, getting over ambitious / confident / excited / speddy and acting like a kid in a sweet shop.

The government offers loans to students. If you are a dumbass grifter it looks like free money. As a bonus the government offers extra funds for the disabled.

We just went through this same grift with Zack 'Zinna Jones'' Antolak. Zack recently announced that he maxed out his student loans without getting a degree. He spent years screwing around taking random classes, living off his loans expecting nothing bad to happen. I expect Yaniv to go down the same road, showing up just to perv on the students and be a menace to the school clubs. A few months from now he will be suing the school for disability violations or discrimination, probably both. I hope his psych professor is a Terf.

He was told more or less that rules are rules and his dog has to be certified, that other people have tried it (and not got very far being exempt from those rules). yaniv is upset because he has to pay out $$$ to get to Uni (unsurprisingly, it never entered his head that transport companies follow the law), his dog is neutered, his dog is most definitely not certified, his hair is as disgusting as ever, more filings are going to be made. His plastic Pound Shop ring is near enough in every shot, almost as though he's showing if off for some strange reason. My fave bit is at the beginning, he's set the camera up, trowelled on his makeup, flattened down his greasy hair, got himself comfy and starts yakking only to be distracted and leaves his "audience" hanging whilst he gawps out the window, for quite some time. Reminded me of the vid where he's listening to a religious preacher and makes out he's genuinely engrossed (can't remember offhand if he was crying also) only for something to catch his eye and he sits there rubber necking outside.

TransLink is meant to be for people who can’t drive or take public transit.

His assertion they can’t ask for documentation on Roxy is stupid, the drivers are part of the health care system.
Having and/or needing a service animal must not be in his records; also, these drivers regularly see both service and comfort animals. They, out of anyone, would know how these animals act.
I’m sure most allow uncertified animals because most people are nice.

But, oh look, it’s Jonny boy! 100 problems, suing, complaining.
Everywhere he goes with his untrained pet causes a ruckus.

I was hoping the guy in his strata (i think), or the cleaning lady had pursued the dangerous and aggressive dog charges when Yaniv sicced Roxy on them.

Of course he's abusing the system when hasn't he? He's always looking for something to act the victim...his dog, Uni and transport is just his latest fiasco until the next gripe comes along.

In the UK disability payments, although not vast amounts / not meant to replace a living wage, are in place for the disabled to afford aids and extra transport costs...the more your disability affects your every day life the more £££ you are entitled to - it's not the actual disability it's how restrictive that disability is. If he's driving around, able to physically attend Uni courses (as he's implied he has), dine out etc then I wouldn't class him as having major disabilities and cause for special treatment.

So here he is, the Govt is effectively paying his mortgage/ bills, running his car, subsidising further education and the likes and he's complaining he has to fork out $$$ because his latest scam isn't panning out.

If he genuinely needs to travel with his dog on public transport he either has to pay for the privilege like others do or pay to get the dog properly trained and certified. The solution is there.


If the Law does its job as it should then maybe jonny won't have to worry about getting to Uni.
