It's funny to watch Yaniv from a distance and laugh at his antics, but it's staggering how little the Canadian government does to protect its citizens or its businesses. He's bringing frivolous lawsuits against his university and some random motorist who rear ended him years ago. He's threatening to murder a single mother and random students on his campus. He has a documented history of violence and threatening behaviour too. Does he actually have to murder someone before the cops will do anything to curtail his behaviour?

It probably will take that much, but the courts will likely rule him as being mentally deficient. He'll be sent to Colony Farm (which is apparently worse than actual prison), and get out when the doctor's deem him to be "well".
Perhaps they can give him some ECT while he's there. That might be enough to straighten him out for a while.

I doubt it is going to be jail. Maybe suspended sentence at best.
It is canada and he is a troon.
But then again, he was beating up elderly people in their own homes so there is that.
I still think it will at best be a suspended sentence or community service. Actual jail? Nope, not gonna happen.

What is the FXD in the other case yesterday?
In the states the APW would be an FTA (Failure to appear) & can be added as an additional charge. Unless it a serious charge they generally don't go looking for them, they give them another court date. If they happen to come across him during a traffic stop or similar they can arrest him.
It's been rescheduled to the 22nd? He better have one hell of a PROVEABLE excuse, He was too busy studying or perving on college chats won't cut it. Courts don't like it as the time scheduled has been wasted.
Now I'm wondering if he's in sphincter flutter thinking he really may be going down with this one.

Seems like a cheerful, well adjusted sort of person.
There's like twenty different accounts, all with multiple pictures of her looking like Michael Moore under hypnosis. She seems to be a deaf person with a service dog, and she keeps insisting that the certification is not required, which has apparently resulted in multiple drivers of public transport denying her service. She has complained numerous times to Translink and not getting anywhere. She has documented herself riding the bus and the dog does not misbehave.
Yaniv has teamed up with her and launched a class action complaint against both BC Transit and Translink.
Let's roll. Enough is enough. BC Transit and Translink users such as myself and Lisa Arlin have sustained enough abuse being disabled and relying on service dogs for our disabilities.
