I, Gina, agree to stop repetitive stalking, photographing me and my guests…”

Soooo can Gina just say “yup, I agree to stop stalking myself?” Better yet, can’t she say “Okay, I won’t stalk you repetitively—just the normal amount?” It’s not really clear anyway, since parallelism is apparently transphobic.

I guess Johnnyboy missed a few English classes while he was at Harvard Law.

I understand he went to school for Computer Science so where is all this litigation coming from? Is he doing the sovereign citizen equivalent in Canada? I know the HRT in BC is a retarded woke insitutation that's sick of dealing with his shit but small claims for some personal cease and desist? Just wondering where he comes up with shit like that retarded form and the idea that people can send C&D with bullshit threats of a lawsuit.

He has literally nothing but time on his hands because he's getting paid his canadian version of Disability to do nothing plus he's taking in his mother's funds and doing whatever he wants with them.

BCHRT just got their funding increased to 'help tackle an increased caseload'.

How many extra ball-waxings can be bought for $4.5M?

"British Columbia is boosting funding for the Human Rights Tribunal and Community Legal Assistance Society by as much as $4.5 million per year.

The province said in a statement Wednesday the number of cases brought to the tribunal increased from 1,460 in 2019 to 3,192 in 2022".

I feel bad for all the people that keep getting harassed. Jonathan and Miriam need to be straight jacketed and sent to a psych ward.

EDIT: Fixed typo.

Imagine living in that building .

Can they really not be evicted? I guess not if they own the condos instead of renting, but surely there has to be some breaking point. I guess until then, they just slap them with fines?

I did find this:

Evicting a tenant: serious and repeated breaches by a tenant may give a landlord grounds to evict the tenant. The strata corporation can also evict a tenant who repeatedly breaches reasonable and significant bylaws and rules, if there is serious interference with the rights of another person in the strata development. Residential Tenancy Branch Policy Guideline #27 (updated November 21, 2022) provides more information on this process.

All stratas have model rules based on local legislation. It’s possible to remove a tenant who repeatedly breaches tenancy laws via a tribunal process if their letting agent gets involved but very difficult to force an owner out. Most agents ride it out until the tenant’s lease expires. Strata managers will advise that there are criminal sanctions and civil proceedings available to injured parties and apart from a grievance process the Owners Corporation (made up of residents) has little recourse. Intervention orders can assist with management and good cctv services can restrain the worst instincts of some people. The FOFO principle is really the only tool available to help the beleaguered residents. The entire system is based on the assumption that owners are a slightly better behaved class of people than renters. Pfffftt.

Ah okay, I see. Thank you.

Sometimes a difficult owner is late or intransigent on the need for timely payment of strata fees and levies. If it suits the parties a possible pathway to getting rid of a significantly debt ridden owner is to file suit to recover the debt, and when the debt is not paid go nuclear on recovery with costs via a bankruptcy or forced sale. It’s drawn out and messy especially if you are “evicting“ a couple of old effectively homeless people.

Looks like Johnny boy rang in the New Year by beating having a disagreement with his mother
