As I understand this is just like any other international legal matter. Unless they can convince a court in the US to issue the ban as well then any sites ooperating without any legal ties to Canada can simply tell them to pound sand.

Canada could then ask the Canadian ISPs to block the site or the specific content. Persons affiliated with running the site who attempt to travel to Canada may also encounter legal issues.

The ball waxing case was orginally under a publication ban. We all knew about it here. The Canadian Press just had to pretend like it wasn't Jonathan.

They had one of those gay publication bans about the Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka case, and Americans pretty much said "fuck Canada" and published whatever they liked. The fag Canadian bitches did nothing, like the weaklings they are.

So Canadians got their serial killer news, they just had to go to American sites to get it.

Sort of like the UK's even massively more homosexual "super injunctions."

Sounds like Johnathan has a copycat in the states who's sued women-only salons for failure to wax my balls let the person prance around naked among a bunch of Korean women. I wonder if dude got that idea from Yaniv, or whether it's a coincidental convergence of pervicity.

A bit of both I suspect.
It's something they would think of and want to do, but the Yaniv creature inspired them to seize the day.

I mean, the person is in Washington State, which is practically next door to Yaniv in British Columbia. So it's not unlikely that eventually this story got around to them. I guess that at the time Yaniv was doing the litigating, other dude hadn't trooned out yet.

Context: Woman only bathhouse in Seattle sued for not letting a pre-OP TIM in (or, did he make the whole thing up to abuse the system?)

Obvious Yanivity including an immigrant-owned business being fucked over for not worshiping a man's ball-worship demands.

More Fat John bullshit.

First up, it's not a service dog, it's nothing more than a stage prop so he can insert himself into situations and become "center stage".
The last thing someone having a hypo needs is to be trying to manage an unruly animal.

Secondly, if you are able to mix, draw up and inject Glucagon, then you aren't in a bad enough way to need to use it (it's too fiddly to do if you are genuinely having a hypo).
It's made available to Type 1 diabetics so their families\partners can administer it, if needed.

Thirdly, if you are having a hypo then you want rapid acting carbohydrates (glucose tablets or chocolate), you don't want to be pissing about ordering food in a restaurant and waiting for it to be cooked and served.
The most basic rule is - fast acting carbs now, then slow release carbs within an hour of that.

Finally, hypo's don't just creep up on you and plunge you into an emergency situation - there are warning signs that give you the opportunity to sort yourself out before it hits you,
If Fat John hasn't got those warning signs then he isn't allowed to drive.

Fat John is intentionally mixing Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes scenarios up, in the same way that he insists he has periods.

His legal case, like his gender identity, is a fiction that exists exclusively in his head and only so he can inflict misery on others. Of course it's without merit: they all are! The goal is to punish some poor Muslim family by making them hire a lawyer and address this nonsense claim.

The stated financial aim is to get people to fold and pay him out rather than go through the process, but I'm sure the real pay off is knowing he's emotionally upsetting brown people.

Oh look, John is targetting immigrants just trying to run a tax-paying business in their adopted country again. Must be random and not at all racially motivated for sure.

When this restaurant ousted JY, it wasn't about the dog not being "clean" but this gelatinous, muumuu clad, stinkditch on a scooty puff not being "clean". They're right, he aint.
