I doubt Walmart will take responsibility for something that they couldn't have foreseen and was not instigated by them.
Walmart is fucking vicious in litigation. They'll do everything they can to fuck you up even if you're right. Jon is far from the first grifter to try to pull some legal bullshit over a fire or in-store slip and their army of lawyers is well-versed in defending against those shenanigans.

They've even been known to engage in malicious compliance when they lose in court. They rather famously canceled plans to open a brand new Supercenter -- mere weeks before its grand opening -- because the local employees successfully sued for the right to unionize. Technically speaking, Walmart complied with the court's order to recognize the union and not refuse to employ unionized workers. They simply had no positions to fill, as existing contracted staff (from elsewhere) who were already engaged in construction were still available to move merchandise and equipment back out again.

Not gonna lie, it was fucking hilarious when that newly-formed union, fresh off its legal victory over Walmart, sued the company again for closing the store and leaving town and learned the hard way that although you can force a company to allow unionization, you can't force it to operate a store at all anywhere your union can reach it.

Given his interest in tampons and the lack of control over bathroom access available to these freaks, it's pretty obvious how he managed to get an oral STI.
Considering we know nobody would voluntarily have sex with him you're probably horrifyingly right and he got it from eating tampons out of garbage cans.

Walmart HATES unions. They even have a training film to scare the employees into not unionizing.

Back when I still worked at Target ~10 years ago, we had to watch a similar anti-union video. It tried to say things like, "Cindy, a new mother, wanted to bring home some extra income by working extra shifts in other departments. But because of the terrible union rules she was unable to pick up shifts out of her assigned department..". I remember just thinking how ridiculous it all was.

Either killed by Johnny boy or the thing bolted the first chance it got. Hopefully it ran off somewhere and a nice family in the area took it in.
A young calico cat was found dead , the body dumped on somebody else lawn/sidewalk if i recon. Princess *the name of the cat* was a calico.
It was near John place .

Poor thing look terrfied
If you consider that everytime John was asked where was the cat and purposely never responded...i fear the worst.

Btw my first language isnt english im sorry if i sound retarded.

First time in a while I remember Yaniv exists, then check the thread thinking we've seen the worst of his disgusting behavior... lol nope, now there's compelling circumstantial evidence he's eating used tampons scavenged from public bathrooms and responsible for mutilating and killing a cat. He is one of the very few human beings where I would be perfectly okay with it and pretend I saw nothing if I witnessed him being lynched.

Canadians should re read The Shipping News by Annie Proulx and reacquaint themselves with all the knots used on land and at sea. In the absence of a sufficiently sturdy street tree he could unironically and effectively be lynched in an Olive Garden restaurant. Left dangling, breadsticks protruding from his orifices, a modern day reworking of St Sebastian.

"Boys he was already dilating with a breadstick!"

You don't even need to actually lift somebody up to strangle them, and perhaps a slower death is preferable in some cases.

Making him live out his wretched life would be a better revenge. He just needs to be quarantined so he cannot harm other beings.

Canada has a lot of islands. We would just need one that doesn't have animals on it.

Maybe one that's swept clean by the ocean at high tide.

Build him a high chair to sit in that's higher than high tide. Most high tides, anyway.

Suspense.

When I was employed there they had a much more updated video that essentially said the same thing. I'm assuming they swap these out every few years or so, but the message is the same. Something about evil unions preventing employees from negotiating on their own.

Kind of related, I was awarded a decent chunk of change from a class action lawsuit against walmart. Something about not letting cashiers (especially elderly or disabled) sit during their 8 hour shifts. Maybe a union would have prevented this..

You might be at Walmart sometimes and see those cameras aimed out at the parking lots, and think they're to protect customers. You know, from the property crimes, robberies, rapes and even murders that often occur in their parking lots. They aren't. They're usually not even on. They're there to spy on unionization attempts.

Didn't this happen before? Some guy who was so hated that he got shot in broad daylight, everybody saw nothing, and even the police seemed to not care about it?
Ken McElroy.

There's a book on him called "In Broad Daylight". The only mystery of his death is that it didn't come decades sooner. The man was the human embodiment of pure evil. If all of the rape, arson and murder didn't push people over the edge, you'd think that the livestock theft would.

Yes. Ken McElroy. A guy with a long history of being a total sociopathic shit to everyone around him, who the courts couldn’t touch due to his fondness for witness intimidation. I often think about him when I read about Yaniv being a violent, abusive prick and getting away with it for the hundredth time.

Shit, ninja’d.
I never understand these retards who think “omg I was within a mile of this bad thing, I must sue whoever I can”.
They hear about people being awarded huge amounts of money and don’t realise the many, many caveats. It doesn’t help that the news media paints an oversimplified picture because e.g. “woman sues over hot coffee” is an eyecatching headline.

I thought the huge amounts of money were specifically to cover American hospital bills. Yaniv has Canadian healthcare.

Right. Plus Canadian courts don't hand out big awards in general and losing a suit you filed can leave you stuck with the defense's costs if the court chooses to do that. Yaniv would be much happier lumbering around Portland looking for uneven sidewalks and slippery spots on grocery store floors.

Don't give him ideas. We don't want him in the US.
