Defamation in Canada is such a non starter I would let it die a quiet death too. I'm sure it was worth fighting back at the time but Yaniv is, for some stupid reason, bulletproof half of the time and even if you win I don't believe you can garnish disability payments and non existent income.

Nothing and I mean nothing sends me into a flying rage more than people abusing helpless animals and children.

This especially pisses me off now because I’ve been trying to rescue some kittens that are outside my house and seeing these poor helpless things makes my heart crumble to a million pieces. I have no clue how a monster could do such a thing.

The sentiment is shared: i have 2 cats my own...Both rescue one shelter the other was hand fed after she was abandoned by her mother.
It makes me livid...watching the little calico so scared make my nose and eyes twitch and twinge with tears.
