I do try to see the good in people, even if they say dumb shit and i rightly mock them. Bu Yaniv is just that rare person that i feel is just 100% asshole with 0 redeeming quality's.

Lawsuits only work if the defendant has money or insurance. Rebel news might have a abuse of process tort, but good old Johnathan "wax my balls" Yaniv is a fucking loser on welfare.
All these crazy Human Rights decisions you seen in Canada are due to the respondents not fucking responding to the tribunal and they get a default judgment. These retarded decision makers there tend to end up running foul of common law principles and out side of their scope. They tend to be diversity university hires who think just because they are in this tribunal; they can own the chuds. If there is good counsel they get slapped down pretty quick.
