If a lawyer with any backbone would get a injunction, to get this faggot to stop being a pest, I think the whole city would benefit. It wouldn't even be hard for the courts to slap Yaniv down. Just show how much the government needs to spend on this sped and the private cost. Nothing spers the government more than not spending money they can save on pointless nonsense.
Him losing all the time and being vexatious litigant would help a lot.

What did I say about the tide turning in B.C. politics? The election results have yet to be finalized it's so down to the wire. From a comfortable majority the NDP are currently in a 50/50 tie with the Conservatives. Many NDP seats won were by under 1,000 votes.

Most people outside the urban cores (and even many of them) are all done with the extreme-left crap. Jonnyboy's going to find himself in a lot less comfortable place for his bullshit.

The workaround for using WP at Fallujah was "we're using it on fortifications, not people".

It's just the fortifications had Hadjis in them...
I guess wether you shoot them, burn them or blow them up they're just as dead.
WP is particularly fucking nasty though.
Be a great was to clean up Yanivs stink now I think of it.

Someone should take that poor fucking dog off of him and rescue it.

There's actually a Latin expression in international law, opinio juris, that somewhat captures this. Even when nations, like "great" nations like the United States, blatantly violate customary international law, they still act as if they're adhering to it, and make their public statements consistent with what they believe to be the law.

This is often obviously a lie, but most nations, even the United States which is notorious for a "you and what army" opinion of international law, at least put on a diplomatic offensive to justify things like this.

Personally, I feel that particular incident was in fact an absolute disgrace and a violation of international law, including even the feeble Geneva Conventions, but things like this would happen a lot more if countries that weren't absolute rogue nations didn't even have to justify disregarding them.

So I think things like the Geneva Conventions "work," even if not perfectly, because a lot fewer events like this happen than would if they didn't exist at all.

In more realpolitik terms, having some rules, however bad they are, and however poorly enforced they are, is better than having none at all.

I think it's more that no one gives half a squirt of piss about Yaniv anymore. I know i don't, except when he makes Vancouver and thus Canada look bad by proxy with his bullshit getting attention.
