This incident report is just another in a long list of examples of @SFUJessica fabricating evidence and blatantly lying to @VancouverPD and @PaladinSecurity and @UBC@UBCNews about Donald Smith. There was no female in a grey hoodie overheard talking in the women’s bathroom by Yaniv, talking about Donald coming to UBC to “target shoot”! JFC how stupid are these investigators. tl;dr A Freedom of Information (FOI) report revealed that the University of British Columbia (UBC), a private security group (Paladin Risk Solutions - hired by UBC), and the RCMP have basically been tracking Donald Smith's every move since 2023. Why...? Because Jonathan Yaniv told them that Donald was planning to go onto the UBC campus to kill Yaniv in a "target shooting".

The legal saga of Jonny Yaniv’s aggressive and potentially dangerous dog is over for now. On February 10, 2025 a consent order in the dog bite case was filed basically ending the current proceedings without going to trial and without any costs to any of the parties. In other words, there was an out of court settlement with no doubt an insurance company payout. We may never know how much Jonny and Rexy cost the insurance company. Normally out of court settlements are not published but whatever the amount, if paid by the strata it will increase the insurance premiums for the entire strata. It became apparent after Jonny’s June loss at BCCRT over the incident, Jonny’s threats about getting Rexy to attack to Rebel reporter, Drea Humphrey, and the request to fast track the case in November, that it was just a matter of time before there was an out of court settlement. If Jonny had just muzzled Rexy in the Strata common areas as he was ordered to do so because of his history of attacking other resident’s dogs and threatening their children, this two year legal saga would not have happened. But muzzling Rexy proves to the world that Rexy is not a service dog no matter what Jonny claims and has now been so declared in several BC legal venues. One court reluctantly accepted Rexy as an emotional support dog so that the criminal trial could proceed without too many Jonny initiated interruptions. It was obvious that the judge did not want to provide any grounds for an appeal. It was suspected by onlookers that Jonny kept Rexy under control in the court most of the time by drugging him. Jonny was observed taking a bottle or vial out of his backpack and putting it near Rexy’s snout.

We expect there will be more Rexy related law suits in the near future. For example, students at both SFU & UBC are unhappy at Jonny & Rexy’s behaviour in the food courts, getting lunged at as they walk in common areas like parking lots, and Jonny not picking up after Rexy. We expect the next time Rexy bites someone be it another dog or person, he will be seized which would honestly be for the best, there are a few very interested and knowledgeable people hoping to give Rexy the home he deserves.

I had to refresh my memory on this one. The victim is a woman named Jasmin Bajaj. Yaniv's dog, Rexy, bit her in an unprovoked attack. This happened in an elevator in the Strata back in 2022. Rexy was already known at the time to be dangerous, but Yaniv has always refused to muzzle or control her.

I have a plan that I was trying to to keep a lid on for a while. I trust that everybody is aware of Donald racking up uttering threats and breach x2 charges relating to his explosion on Twitter spaces Nov 11th, where Yaniv and Danny Martin both teamed up and were intentionally seeking out and stalking Donald. Yaniv would sit there and provoked Donald, and record his every moment on spaces, Donald was using it as a place to vent. We warned Donald about it the entire time that it would get him in trouble and his response is always "I don't give a shit anymore" and "we'll see what happens". His explosion of course was justified at Yaniv's stalking and at the system that is being used as an extension of his stalking

We have resolved that it is impossible for Donald to regulate his impulses. He is basically traumatized and is invoking a trauma induced response to his situation. He is like Icarus flying towards the sun.

With regards to the backpack incident, I had a hell of a time trying to force Donald to report it to police. I had already emailed the Deputy AG of BC, who's office I had spoken to the day previous regarding Donald's issues. He was refusing to report his issue to the police and Kate had to grow beat him into submission every step of the way. He called Abbotsford police whom passed the buck to Langley rcmp, Langley passed the buck back to Abbotsford. Within a short period of time Calgary Police was dispatched to investigate Donald's complaint. It took a while to communicated with the airport security, they did not return my inquiry and instead I wound up obtaining contact info for the operations manager of the airport. By the time I communicated with the operations manager of Abbotsford, several hours had passed.

The operations manager informed me that he was aware of "the incident from the previous night" and that he had been in touch with the RCMP. It did not seem as though the RCMP had done anything to secure the video footage of Yaniv stalking Donald, but I was given his personal cell phone number and he did promise to secure the footage which would otherwise not survive longer than 2 to 3 weeks. We made Donald immediately file an FOI through the link supplied by the operations manager, FOI is handled through the city of Abbotsford. We forwarded a copy to the operations manager as it contained an outline of what Donald did at the airport and time-frames.

We were able to piece together that Donald had arrived at 7pm, posted a video about going to "Toronto". Yaniv literally hopped in their car and drove the 24 minutes there, parked, went in, found Donald, observed him for the purposes of stalking him. It observed Donald do his carry on shuffle at the counter for flaire and was able to determine where the backpack was through this means.

That means there is irrefutable evidence of Yaniv's stalking sitting right there and we will eventually get it.

In the meantime I am giving the police a bit more time to secure the footage themselves, and will be following up to ascertain if they collected it, and when. If they did not collect that evidence they will be sued. If the police do not charge Yaniv we will file a private information in Calgary, which is good it is outside of BC jurisdiction and we no longer have a corrupt crown standing in the way and the system's minions can shove their "not in the public interest" up their assholes and kick rocks.

The deputy AG's office in BC had answered my question when I had asked "who defines what is of the public interest" to which I got a reply back of "the news". I take it Rebel Media doesn't count as the news and it's only msm news media that collects subsidy from government so it is really the government that defines it? Interesting BS excuse to provide unequal and biased policing and justice.

Donald was in Calgary because the CLBC was making it difficult to gain access to experts that specialize in autism, they literally gatekeep and expect Donald as an adult to obtain his own diagnosis that is buried off somewhere in Alberta. I have spent since October nagging him to contact social services, AISH and Alberta health to obtain his records. He refuses to deal with VIHA. He seems motivated to get a proper now, now that he has additional charges in Alberta. He was charged with breach x 2 for running to the cameras while pawlawsky was at Olympic plaza, and once again whining about being persecuted, "political prisoner", yammering about Yaniv. I gave him a good talking to about that and suggested he is making his "political prisoner" status happen.

As for the crown here in BC, Donald suggested he was told they were considering charging him with hate crimes. The state seems hell bent to do this and use Donald as an easy example in order to establish legal precedents to come after the rest of us in society in large (they tried back in Ontario with his charges there, and during his variance hearing they stated as if he was convicted of hate crimes even though he was not).

Some additional info about that Toronto guilty plea, aside from his plea being coerced from dismal conditions in a jail that is reputable for such dismal conditions (and you can tell from the transcript), it would seem Yaniv revealed their genitals over WebEx!

There's a lot to unpack here, but we are expecting a spree of human rights complaints and civil litigation on all parties involved as well. Donald is mentally handicapped, special needs, needs a proper diagnosis/evaluation, requires the court the cops the vestiges of this system to accommodate his disability. Our group is on a warpath now. Donald might rot in jail but the state is going to be made to pay one way or another for it's negligent, malicious, chicanery and one sided handling of Donald and Yaniv.

Even at some point Donald was agreeing with myself that they both should be charged and held accountable.

Donald was told to demand that his disability be accommodated by duty council and the courts, of course, duty council has essentially refused to accommodate his disability and hung up on him. Donald then said he was going to self represent. He is supposed to inform the JP that duty council refused to accommodate his disability and refused to represent him. Duty council must act on behalf of the client and must not demand they do as they say or they abandon them. Donald of course does not have any ability to take notes, it's as if they are intentionally denying disability accessibility and setting him up for failure.

Crown council wants him denied bail. He is at a high risk to reoffend. They will likely want him to rot in jail for months, as if that will do anything at all to accommodate his disability and rehabilitate. We are a bit powerless here, there's not much we can do with a bail hearing on short notice and with Donald probably fucking up and blurting stuff out that he shouldn't.

That's jumping ahead a fair bit. We have not been able to get confirmation if he is at Calgary remand. Nobody can communicate in due to "privacy". They are maintaining an autistic pressured plea cycle, this is literally the third round of this. They will not connect anyone with a social worker or supervisor.
