It's a shame Donald can't control himself enough not to actively shoot himself in the foot reacting to Traniv's blatant baiting of him online and I agree restricting his access to online devices for the time being at least until the legal issues are all under control is the right choice @dfslegal but do you really think it's a 'social media addiction' that requires treatment, or just a complete lack of filter and understanding the consequences of his actions?

I don't know enough of Donald's other activities, but is he sperging out about anything and anyone else besides JY? Would coaching be more appropriate (in the future when he gets access again) in not feeding the trolls be more useful?

I just see 'addiction' as a very serious word having dealt with my share of people who have completely fucked their lives over drink, gambling and hard drugs in my life and have a hard time putting sperging out online into that category, unless Donald will actually sneak out of his home and run to the nearest source of online access to rage at Traniv. Is it to that level?

Oh he doesn't have one, the system treats him like an adult. He must reside at a specific place in Calgary, so I would imagine if he wants to abide by that term that would be the person that is housing him. They have a copy of the POA forms and we will see if it is followed through on.

As for addiction, yes, it is very well documented that autistic a have addiction issues relating to social media. I would say he also has a lack of a filter and an inability to grasp consequences until they are applied, at which point it is always too late.
