  • Happy Easter!
It also says something when JYS files complaints with the Human Rights Tribunals about discrimination or oppression only for the facts to come out that JYS was the one behaving in an oppressive, discriminatory manner.
It's what he does.
He sets up the situation so that people have no option but to say "no" which allows him to then go through the HRT process, which he can do without cost.
I'm pretty damn sure that he already has the documentation filled in before he even goes to the business he's targeting.

This loss sets him back significantly as he was recently held responsible for half the costs of an action he took against his strata, so I fully expect to see a flurry of actions in an attempt to get enough wins to wipe out the last two losses.

He really should be barred from the HRT for using it as an income stream.

Actually Null himself has said that if we feel compelled in the name of justice to report something, to not post about it here.

Improved that. I will pray he actually does this.
Nair? No, I hope he tries to shave his ladyballs with an electric razor.

Did that once for surgery prep; do not do this.

*bzzzzzzzzzzzzSNRKowowowowow*

JYS or anyone else that feels so strongly about living on native lands should get the hell off those lands
Ah, but he fraudulently claimed to be Metis to queue jump for the covid vax and get gibs for college, remember.
Jonny is a failing con artist. He had some early success but he's Streisanded himself into notoriety.

The legal mastermind sent this to the court prior to the case, which probably didn't help matters either.

Is this signature a default with his uni? Musk kinda has a point that Canada isn't a real country with sovereign rights.

I genuinely assumed alongside whatever social security he was receiving it was supplemented by all of the frivolous lawsuits he filled.
You've raised a great point. Can one who wins a lawsuit against this pedo then claim his government welfare checks as payment? I know men who owe child support can get their tax refunds and other payments garnished.

I wonder if the many people Johnny boy owes money to can petition a court to take away his welfare payments.

Welfare, disability, social security, etc... are all untouchable in both Canada and the US, as far as I am aware.

I have actually seen a photo of Jon wearing clothes that match his mothers.
Unfortunately, I've only ever seen it on Meowmix and they've crippled their site again.
Troons are renowned for skin walking the women close to them. Yaniv has a head start as allegations that his period fetish arose from collecting his mother’s pads have some psychological weight.

The entire reason poors can abuse people via court system in the US is that they have nothing for you to take when you "win" against them. I'm assuming it's similar in canada?
Not true in Jon's case.
He certainly has a car (not sure if it's owned or leased though) and a strata apartment, so there's some money floating around there that the courts could force him to release.

This is the cow that peaked me. I remember Jersh calling him on MATI and him trying to be around young girls to “help” with tampons. It honestly feels great that his abuse of the legal system has resulted in outcomes like this. Hell, iirc he can’t even get an ambulance in Canada with out it being say a car accident from him abusing that so much.

Poors in the US need to at least have money to hire a lawyer if they want to file a lawsuit, the state only provides free representation to defendents.

Except in Canada it's backwards, where filing a human rights complaint against someone results in the state providing you with a free lawyer, but not for the defendent.
