Yeah, unless he or his mother have managed to overturn the ban. He was banned for pulling the fire alarms repeatedly, I think he also trashed a common area too. Granted, that won't matter, he'll still try and sneak in and live in her condo if he can. I honestly can't tell what would be worse, him terrorizing the pensioners at Miriam's place, or him terrorizing the women at a shelter. Neither is good.
