Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

Looked up a few laws/statutes regarding the sexual exploitation/ grooming of minors in both Canada and the U.S. Providing links to resources in case anyone knows someone who may have been a victim. Also important to have the event that someone comes forward on social media alleging abuse/grooming/ luring against Yaniv or any of his buddies; then please send them the information provided. Perhaps @Null or whoever has access can add https://www.cybertip.ca/app/en/ to the JY.orgs as a resource for anyone who reads either site and wants to report alleged abuse?

I will let the information speak for itself and let people come to their own conclusion if they think a law may have been violated and is worth reporting to the proper authorities (note: not reporting to social media mods as it seems Oger suggested). Please be mindful to only report if you or someone you know is a victim of Yaniv's or his buddies (because let's be honest someone is protecting someone). Irrespective of how false accusations can hinder an ongoing case, but they also detract from other children who may be exploited by overloading an already burdened system. Pay close attention to luring laws as well as notice that many of these laws/statutes include international/ out of state addendums.

https://archive.li/Cu7LX - Age of Consent (Canada) Note the Exposure/ Luring Section
https://archive.li/Z1IeG - Canadian Bar Association - Note that a person cannot be prosecuted for reporting suspected abuse, sorry Jon.
https://archive.fo/8HuRG - 50 U.S. State statutes regarding Grooming & Child Solicitation. Important as we don't know the location of the alleged victims and it's unclear as to where jurisdiction would be i.e. in the area of the offender or the victim since the offense may have been online.
https://archive.li/oTleB - RCMP Internet Based: Interesting section detailing offender types toward the bottom of the page.
https://archive.li/UZ4nb - Cornell Law School - US Code regarding the sexual exploitation of children.
https://www.cybertip.ca/app/en/ - Canada's National Tip Line for Reporting the Online Sexual Exploitation of Children

Several posters brought up the likelihood of Yaniv already having offended or that he will as he becomes more emboldened by the shenanigans going on over at Twitter, Wordpress, Reddit, etc. Some of his communications with minors may have already violated the law and it's important for victims to know they have legal recourse. I also have some information about BC Human Trafficking if anyone is interested. Since trafficked children are already at such risk and if JY decides to take his behavior offline where there is no footprint then the information could be important. Still, seemed slightly off-topic and I didn't want this post to get removed. If there are journos or anyone looking to report on this then hopefully they include the tip line, so if/when a victim comes forward an investigation can get started.

EDIT: Seriously though don't report shit to the authorities unless it happened to you or someone you know, like your kid. Not advocating for any kind of false reporting, because that's just stupid. My point is that those texts came from somewhere. There are likely real victims out there. People have tried getting the message out online and that conversation is being shutdown. People are forgetting that if you suspect a crime has occurred then go report it. Simple as that. Just providing the information to those who may find it helpful/useful.

Has anyone tried to tweet "Jon Yaniv" or other nicknames based on Jonathan or Jessica? If those tweets also get deleted, I don't know what to say.

EDIT: Just read that even altering certain letters to avoid bots isn't safe. I'm terrified.

Been told that KF encourages the posting of observations. This post isn't necessarily advocating otherwise. Almost all significant coverage on media/social media has relied on links and info from here, and to me her post just adds to info valuable to journos/leos/concerned citizens, same as the other info provided.

Meghan Murphy and Miranda Yardley have a stream called 'Fight the Power', and I think we all know which power they're fighting.

Murphy and Yardley begin discussing JY without naming him at about 0:50.
At 1:00:50 approx, Yardley mentions Kiwi Farms:

"The people at KiwiFarms, it's not the most pleasant place on the Internet, it's like a downmarket version of Encyclopedia Dramatica, they covered this extensively...and the people at Kiwifarms have set up two sites to make sure that he doesn't get away with it."

Jonathanyaniv.org and Jessicayaniv.org on front pages of searches on "Jonathan Yaniv" for Startpage and DDG. Trend!

ETA: Pondering Express0's links, Yaniv may be more criminally liable than I thought, especially after also reading
http://www.victimsofviolence.on.ca/research-library/crime-on-the-internet/

Turns out cyberbullying and harassment toward children, even non-sexual, can get you in trouble.

"Please do not contact and especially do not harass anyone mentioned in this video, which is a criticism of words and actions of others and it's not my intention to lead to bullying."

They've really dotted the 'i's and crossed the 't's on this one.

1) They don't mention He Who Must Not Be Named to avoid triggering the robocensors.
2) They disavow any harassment.
3) They don't use any images of him.

That'd be a good experiment. It is of course quite obviously bot assisted. Bet that you still get shafted from the "yaniv" part though.

Hopefully the post wasn't rule violating. Not trying to derail or go off-topic just seemed important to add if Yaniv or any of his cohort have victims out there. I would have posted to GC, but I think the clock is ticking on how long that sub will be active and until people stop getting no platformed it seemed like important info for anyone looking through the farms.

Yooo from what I could skim on this thread, if you set up a pit trap and put a tampon on top of it around Silicon Valley you would catch a wild Jonathan Yaniv?

I don't think that's good enough, Yaniv is into little girls so I presume we need to make the trap more vulnerable/helpless in order to really trick him.

Louise preambled with how she's a trans ally. Same as this psychologist. I think it's that plus verbal jujitsu:

@biz Hi. Be advised, as you suspend anyone who questions #JonathanYaniv re potentially illegal activities, that governmental officials in Canada have taken notice. Stop banning. This is NOT a trans issue. Start paying attention to alarming behavior re kids. #thecompanyyoukeep

See what she did there?
I just noticed this Twitter account saying that they are publishing an article in the UK in the next few days on Yaniv.View attachment 640752 View attachment 640753 View attachment 640753 View attachment 640755

Thought that was Sarah Mosher until I saw the "6 years ago" part. Well that's nice.

So then he did this same exact thing on ask.fm for years, but you can only find some of it because he only posted that phone number in some of the questions.

Alas, he only appears to be 97% retarded.

Even though that fits with everything we know about Yaniv, I don't believe it because anonymous tumblr callouts are worth less than dogshit.

Except, that fits pretty well for what he said to Sarah. Other than that I'm with ya on the tumblrinas. It's a site filled with otherkins so they probably don't even know where they are half the time.

That review is so full of shit. There aren't any dead zones where Johnathan lives. While he's not "in" Vancouver (the city), he's in the burbs. The whole area is the most densely-populated area west of Ontario (and the third densest population in Canada). There's cell coverage everywhere, unless there's a building in the way or you're in an elevator. Somebody's shilling, and hard.

Maybe an industrious soul should reach out to weBoost and suggest they look at who they're associating with.

Long ago and for reasons that I cannot discuss I wrote a text obfuscator plugin for Sublime Text 3

Make two files, Obfuscate.py and Main.sublime-menu and put them here, i.e. in a subdirectory off the platform's Packages directory.

Windows — %APPDATA%\Sublime Text 3\Packages\Obfuscate
Linux — ~/.config/sublime-text-3/Packages/Obfuscate
Mac/OSX — ~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/Packages/Obfuscate

Obfuscate.py
Code:
import sublime
import sublime_plugin
import string, re
import random

inset =  "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ"
outset = "аbсⅾеfghіјkⅼⅿnοрԛrѕtuⅴԝхуzΑΒСDΕFᏀΗӀЈᏦᏞΜΝΟРԚᎡЅΤՍᏙԜХΥΖ"

intab =  inset + outset
outtab = outset + inset
trantab = str.maketrans(intab, outtab)
zwsp = "\u200B"
secure_random = random.SystemRandom()

class ObfuscateCommand(sublime_plugin.TextCommand):
      def run(self, edit):
            r = sublime.Region(0, self.view.size())
            s = self.view.substr(r)
            l = list(s)
            s=""
            for c in l:
                  c2 = c.translate(trantab)
                  s = s + str(c2)
            # sublime.messageBox(s)
            self.view.replace(edit, r, s )

class ZwspCommand(sublime_plugin.TextCommand):
      def run(self,edit):
            r = sublime.Region(0, self.view.size())
            s = self.view.substr(r)
            l = list(s)
            s=""
            #print ( "Obfuscating...")
            for c in l:
                  if c == zwsp:
                        continue
                  chars = secure_random.randrange(0,3,1)
                  #print ( "chars='{}'".format(chars) )
                  for i in range(chars):
                        s = s + zwsp
                  s = s + str(c)
            # sublime.messageBox(s)
            self.view.replace(edit, r, s )

Main.sublime-menu
Code:
[
   {
    "id": "edit",
    "children":
    [
        {"id": "wrap"},
        { "command": "zwsp" },
        { "command": "obfuscate" }
    ]
    }
]

There are two types of obfuscation possible - one is switching ASCII characters
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ for
аbсⅾеfghіјkⅼⅿnοрԛrѕtuⅴԝхуzΑΒСDΕFᏀΗӀЈᏦᏞΜΝΟРԚᎡЅΤՍᏙԜХΥΖ which look like ASCII but actually aren't. Note that because of the ways transtab is set up if you apply the same transformation again, you'll get cleartext back.

The other option is to randomly add a zero width space character every few characters.

Of course if you're posting someplace with keyword filters this will get you past them. Unfortunately the person who set up the keyword filters will them usually ban you when their dim monkey brains work you've used some powerful TERF magic or something to avoid those filters.

Here's a test paragraph with both obfuscations applied -

аbсⅾеfghіјkⅼⅿnοрԛrѕtuⅴԝхуzΑΒСDΕFᏀΗӀЈᏦᏞΜΝΟРԚᎡЅΤՍᏙԜХΥΖ

And here's a uniview dump of what it looks like

Needless to say I'm just posting information here, it is between a TERF and her conscience how she uses that information.

The Unicode consortium, in a joint project with Hecate, LLC have produced this handy tool
