Because it's not okay to ignore someone's preferred gender identity if they're trans, but apparently it's okay to do it if they're "cis". I don't know for sure obviously but I'd be willing to bet that none of you identify as "cisgender". I certainly don't.

I think this in combination with Jonathan Yaniv's name's sudden re-emergence on Twitter indicates the tide is turning. Has there been an internal coup? A mutiny? Is Twitter now controlled by terves? Will Null be elected as the new VP of BC NDP?

When you point this out to TRAs they just reply that "cis" isn't an example of 'misgendering' because it's just a "neutral descriptor" (which is pure poppycock as it's an explicitly ideological label).

I can't believe it's even become a term in common usage. It seems like something about the past year or so has resulted in some astronomical burst of troons from what seems like nowhere. 99.7% of them seem to be unashamed autogynaephiles who don't even try to pass, too, with maybe some tiny percentage actually being men suffering from gender dysphoria. People who look like Oger tend to fall into the former camp, for obvious reasons. If he suffered from dysphoria he'd top himself the first time he looked in a mirror. Jonathan, though, almost definitely doesn't believe he's trans at all. The name and the avatar on Twitter are purely a front to give him some ammunition since he's been called out for bullshitting. Not that anyone here needs to be told that, of course. He's a nasty little fat boy who is repulsive regardless of his sex and or gender.
