Mint Tanning Lounge and others on the Human Rights Tribunal website which basically boils down to the "judge" being asked to reconsider awarding costs because her last decision was based on some incorrect information, but the "judge" again denies awarding costs.

This is no surprise. This shitty little kangaroo court wants to keep its little scam going, which involves giving free rein to any nutcase to harass anyone at all with fake complaints, then walk away having ruined their lives with no penalty whatsoever. I'm not surprised the kind of fake judge who would preside over a fake court like this would do this.

You'd need to launch a constitutional challenge of some sort to it, which is a costly and complicated endeavor. Also the possible negative impact is losing, considering Canada has apparent contempt for the whole idea of people actually having rights, and ratifying this kangaroo court as passing legal muster.

A new development, it seems like Jonathan Yaniv is still going through with the other Human Rights Tribunal complaints against women who didn't want to wax his balls.

His complaint against Hot Mess Salon is now in full gear. This is the first time we've heard about this particular salon.

Yaniv sent a request for a publication ban again but this time citing safety concerns. There are a few more examples of these "hate" messages in the decision document.

The judge, this time a dude, said he's not convinced these comments are enough to suggest a serious threat to safety, however they are really mean and that's against he code:

I'm not sure what the judge is trying to say here but it seems notable that he used the word "triggered" in a legal document.

I'd sure like to see evidence of all the terribly transphobic things that Canadian (or generally western) trannies are experiencing. (Insanely SJW Canada is one of the most trans friendly countries in the world and trannies from all over flock there thinking they'll get less hassle.) There's little evidence of the vast number of murders they claim, certainly not by anyone who understands biology anyhow.

There's almost no evidence of suicide; the majority of the studies on it have been debunked. As for street and other public harassment, a lot of trans say they enjoy being catcalled and find it arousing. IF these terrible things were really happening, there'd be a massive outcry.

Why do the legals who hear/defend cases like this not do any actual research into the background of transcult and realise what a pack of lies and depravity it really is? Why are they so sure that all these transtropes are based on real events? Who are the bagmen bringing cash for legals, charities, gov agencies and the like? Without a steady flow of $$$, what is the purpose of bowing down to the transbible? Surely there's better ways for officials to look cool though why they'd need to is baffling.

Anything that can hand out quasi-criminal penalties should be subject to the same qualifications and requirements as any other judicial process, and its members should be actual judges subject to review and the canons of judicial ethics.

That's part of why these are such a mockery.

Being fined and publicly branded as no better than a Nazi by some kangaroo court is not the kind of administrative matter that non-judicial tribunals should have anything to do with.

Long story short, he submitted a DMCA take down request on behalf of a real estate agent by the name of Meagan, the website he sent it to, The Dirty, had some nasty stuff about her and people in her circle, and yet he seemed to be on good terms with that woman - posting compliments on her facebook and good reviews for her business. The theory back when was that he submitted this anonymous tip to The Dirty and then offered Meagan his help taking it down, and using that as an excuse to get close to her. He did the same thing when he was trying to get close with the band Cimorelli (spamming porn and then offering to manage their facebook page to get rid of the porn).

It looks like the same pattern has happened with this new woman. Here left a 5 star review for her salon, which he is now suing?

And yet he also submitted stuff about her to The Dirty?

I wonder how many "tips" he sent to that website.
