I want to know too. I can tell you there was nothing on the Tribunal hearing schedule or decision index, so if this was one of this tribunal cases it either ended with a settlement or the judges there are so fucking crazy they put a gag order on any mention of his cases on their own website. Last time I found something there his moniker was changed from "JY" to "X", which implies they are making efforts to hide his cases.

Wait a minute... He said he has a $100,000 lawsuit against a health insurance provider for calling what he is a "pre-existing condition" and a "mental disorder"? Is he trying to sue BC's public Medical Services Plan? I don't see how a "self-employed" broke ass has extended medical coverage (typically provided through an employer, who would also cover the basic premiums on MSP - you certainly can sign up for extended medical if you are self employed but the premiums are not cheap) which would cover things like dental and vision care. Transitioning (hormones, GRS + ?) afaik is covered by MSP. Even if he DID have extended medical that would be willing to pay for a surgery like FFS, for example, how on earth would they do this without classifying it as a medical condition?

I really hope he is trying to sue MSP, and I hope he's trying to use the tribunal to do so. Good luck with that Jonathan! All the people who have lost loved ones due to blatant medical negligence and were professionally advised not to bother suing the system because they wouldn't win have nothing on your claim that you need $100,000 because you wanted to receive medical care for your non-medical, non mental health condition because public healthcare exists to validate you.

I hope all his opposing counsels in his stupid lawsuits receive a concise list of archived links detailing his disgusting, predatory, racist and threatening behavior. I wonder if such a document exists, where EVERYTHING is in one place and properly archived.
