Oh I don't need to be told that. But while we're on the subject, as fucked as that entire collection of screenshots is, for whatever reason it sticks out to me that after being told "a thin pad", he's like, "but what if they really want a tampon instead?!". There does not exist a little girl with her first period (who remember, according to this story, has never used a tampon & needs help from a fucking stranger) who ever wished she had a tampon to insert instead of a thin pad. The little girl this sick fuck is imagining is apparently all, "Hey weird, autistic man in a dress, no I don't want a pad even though you've offered one you, I assume, have in your possession as we speak, I desperately need a tampon. Problem is, I've never used one so I'll need you to show me how. OB only please." Everyone in that conversation should've known immediately this was a gross sex thing at that point. I will never understand how that conversation went any further and I'm also looking sideways at the woman who said yes, he should help if this absurd situation ever came to be.

Granted, Yaniv shouldn't get too giddy, as this was a ruling in the US and not Canada, and will almost certainly create enough of a backlash it will be reconsidered or challenged. Still, it's just more evidence against his claim that he's anything more than a trans-appropriating sex pest.

Most likely some women called him out for being a male pervert storming into female bathrooms and creeping on women, and he characterizes this as "assault."

Alternatively he's just completely and utterly making this up, because you can guarantee if he was actually assaulted he'd have both filed a lawsuit and screeched loudly about it on all his social media platforms previously.

He thinks that throwing out an assault story will get people to leave him alone. There's no logic to it because it didn't happen.
It's a common troon/kweer tactic. You need to have a tragic backstory as a gotcha to shut down debate.
