It's not just green. The foundation is unevenly applied. Doesn't match the neck nor was it worked down to 'fake' it and also doesn't appear to have been applied up the forehead either. Applied super heavy on the nose, cheeks, and chin which given it doesn't match his skin tone as it's too yellow, greenish tinge is probably a color corrector, it makes the places where it's heavily applied super obvious. Covering stubble is difficult and his nose looks like he's got some severe sebaceous filaments on the go and they're ass to deal with because they can never really go away but caking makeup on them makes them look so much worse. He has bad skin in general. Needs to moisturize and exfoliate. Nobody even tried to cover the dark circles and where the fuck is the contouring to at least fake giving him a smaller nose and partially hide his second chin? Eyebrows should be thinner with a higher arch as well, they're basically rectangles right now.
The closest you can get to that is prevention. As in, don't gobble up hormone pills like Pac Man at a rave.
