This 2019 contestant page seems off.

  1. It shows up first on Google even above the actual MissBC.ca
  2. Nowhere on it does it link back to the MissBC.ca home page.
  3. On the original pages most of these seem like real pro shots. Some of pics on the 2019 contestants page look like Tinder pics.
  4. There is even a girl in a wedding dress when there is a whole total category for Mrs. BC.

Nah it's a real organization, just nobody gives a shit about it. I knew a girl who competed in miss teen B.C years ago, she thought it would make her seem attractive but it's a competition that anyone can get in.

I think they are more desperate this year because they were advertising it in newspapers this week, asking for applicants. Which i've never seen before. I doubt that even 5% of people in B.C know there is a Miss B.C

I have no doubt about the authenticity of the event and original page just the 2019 contestants page. Yes, no one cares about these thing in any state or province.

It still says “people who menstruate” in their about section so they’re keeping that up for woke points.

Yes but he doesn't give a fuck. He doesn't care about the LGBTQ community, he doesn't care about the trans community, he doesn't care about how trans people are perceived, and I bet he never even contemplates these things. All he thinks about is himself (and tampons) and all he cares about is himself. It boggles my mind that he has any support at all because he'll screw over the communities that are welcoming him with open arms in the blink of an eye, either out of stupidity or out of selfishness.

Patterson said she has identified as Jewish since age 15 and claims the denial of her request for a kosher diet is a violation of Section 8 of the Human Rights Code.

Trans Jews are Jews. If a Rabbi says you're not Jewish just because you identify as one, that is an antisemitic hate crime. Down with TERs.
