Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

JY just came up in this article on The Stranger:

"And yet. Censorship is an inherently slippery slope, and it’s not just people promoting genocide or engaging in illegal acts that tech companies are now banning. Over the past year, several prominent radical feminists have been banned from Twitter for misgendering transgender people. Now, I’m personally opposed to misgendering, which I find both unkind and counterproductive, but it’s hardly illegal. Writer and Feminist Current publisher Meghan Murphy was permanently banned for referring to a transwoman who identified herself on various platforms as Jonathan Yaniv as "he." Before that, Murphy had been suspended for tweeting "men are not women." Murphy had tens of thousands of followers on Twitter, which was her primary means of finding an audience, and the hit to her career, she is now arguing in a lawsuit against Twitter, was not insignificant."

A question to any women here, how would you react if you were in the gym locker room and a naked man with lipstick and a raging erection came up to you and asked you for a tampon?

Is this a good way to break the ice with ladies, so to speak?

Keep that transphobic shit out of here! A girlcock is never raging, it's blossoming.

This would never happen to me because I'm too old for Yaniv.

NEW VIDEO: Can anyone save it off of Facebook?

Part 1 https://streamable.com/hdjpg
Part 2 https://streamable.com/8oimv
I transcribed this as well as i can. He is slurring some, i can't tell if that is normal for him or if he is high, but this is quite a rant.

Hey guys um, so I'm not feeling well, so...

This is the video that I've wanted to do for like, a long time.

Something that has been bugging me, like a lot, and...

definitely not an easy topic to talk about at all. And that's when it comes down to
people trying to, trying to kill themselves, including myself, over the hate....
*tears*
over the hate that comes through. it is awful. it is just awful. And... you know...
I talk so much, like this is why I do what I do, I try to stay strong... I really really try...
BUT, it's hard, believe me it's hard, when theres no help out there, and literally... its almost
like free reign for people who just wanna harass you, they wanna do everything to you, they want
to destroy you, essentially.

And, I really feel, when it comes to trans youth, and such, they're not that strong. And that's why
we see so much when it comes down to trans suicides, and such, especially involving youth. Because
they know, I know, that theres no help out there you know. Theres no crime, you know, for online harassment.
There's nothing that can be done. Most of the US, and unfortunately in Canada, its way too prevalent.

Like myself, I get like, the amount of stuff, I see... the amount of stuff, that hits me on a daily basis,
its sometimes overwhelming honestly. A lot of it is really really really violent, too. And yet, when I go
and show the cops this *shrug* they can't do anything. and this is a problem. y'know its a problem in society.
it's just so difficult. I keep say thing, there needs to be more resources, there needs to be more resources
out there for people, y'know like uh, y'know like myself. I've tried to commit suicide, many times in the past
few months, *looks sincerely at the camera* MANY. It's not easy believe me it's not easy when theres no help
out there, theres nothing out there.

And when I hear on the internet about these trans kids, taking their lives, I'm like 'no wonder'. It's not
about regret of transition, its not aboot that, its aboot the bullying, and the hate, that myself and other
trans youth receive, that's the problem. its not aboot the regret of going through surgery, its not aboot
the regret of taking hormones, or life changes, or aboot any of that. '

Something...something...something needs to be done because people are dying out there. trans kids are dying.
Like, I spoke a couple of months ago to one of my lawyers, she works specifically with LGBTQ issues, very very
very popular lawyer in vancouver, um... I spoke to her, uh one of her assistants, and the amount of hate trans
youth get, yknow, just look at for example the case in BC, with the trans kid and the dad, and the whole court
battle supreme court. Look at that and tell me how thats not... yknow... I honestly.... *sigh*... I don't see
that kid living much longer before they take their life.

Until someone who has significant prevalence in society, that belongs to a community like this takes their life,
nothing will be done. That's the unfortunate truth. Until someone actually takes their life that is prevalent in
society like Leelah Taylor, which everyone forgot about, or sorry, leelah acorn, um... until something like
Leelah Acorn happens again in Canada, nothing will be done. And that's the hard part of it. There's no protections
out there. It doesn't only involve trans youth it involves everything in the whole. This is why I fight so hard
to get protections to stop the hate and to really make society better because it sucks out there. As much as it
seems like society is okay its not okay. Theres so much hatred, theres so much discrimination, and it isn't, it ISN'T
all about me, and it's not, because yes I fight back, because someone has to fight back. If no one fights back against
this stuff are we going to go forward? NO we're not.

Like were so stuck, yknow, this is how I see it when it comes to society. I go back to about 2005, a really bad example
but, you go back to 2005 when steve jobs announced the first iphone, he shook up society because society was so far behind
when it comes to society. now look today things are so much better. there has to be that shift, it cant be to line the pocketbooks
of anyone, the shift has to pretty much be to save lives. I'll give you an example here, a non binary kid going into
a hair salon, doesnt identify with any gender and they get a hair cut of a gender they don't want. okay maybe to you
it is a really small issue but imagine what it does to that kid emotionally. imagine what it does emotionally when they are
charged for example on the perceived gender the business thinks they are when they identify as something else or nonbinary.
while this may be a little thing in society these little things stack up for why the sucide rate of trans people and trans youth
is so high. you know. the other big thing in society. and why this is so high, is, the lack of support. you know. being
shunned, the LGBT community, being shunned myself, it hurts. it truly truly hurts when people just eliminate you from their
life just because you wanted to live your true self and make change for the good of society not for my own benefit. Like theres
a lot of stuff I wish I could talk about, and I wish I could but I can't, but the stuff I am going through isn't for my own
personal benefit. at all. Its to advance society essentially to cut this crap out. Just cut it out. But going back to the LGBTQ
community getting rejected, its something that I face, you know, I've lost like a lot of friends after transitioning. I have
family that won't even talk to me back from my, overseas.... and then just its hurts emotionally. It's every day. every days
a struggle. life is not easy. life will never be easy. okay but the only way things will get better is with acceptance. and with
love . I could just kill this hate off. Like... one of the hardest things for me, is knowing that you havent been hugged in like
over a week. something as simple as a hug, that simple human bond can mean so much to so many people. but when society just
shuns the trans community away, its tough, believe me its tough. *cough cough cough* When I go and I look for example, I have
a party, a new beginnings party in under a month and I see, the few amount of people that are coming. you don't think that hurts?
yes it hurts significantly, it hurts more than you can imagine, but... I don't know. I can't do this.
tl;dw:
jon says he tried to kill himself many times this month but is livestreaming from a house instead of a mental institution so you can be pretty sure its not true . Also, you can't imagine how hard it hurts to not be hugged for an entire week or see that not many people are coming to your new beginnings party! nothing will change until the suicides happen. it is so hard to wait around for some trans youth that is "prevalent" to kill themselves like leelah whatserface did, remember how that changed everything? that's the only way that change will happen, but we won't wait long since getting misgendered at the salon is one of the reasons why trans youth kill themselves & thats why jons lawsuits arent to benefit himself but to save lives. Also, theres no help for trans people, like that kid that got her dad convicted of family violence for disagreeing with their transition/being injected with testosterone at age 14. See how there's no help? Only the supreme court of canada took that poor vulnerable youth's side! Jon says that kid will totally kill themselves, and then finally the police will help him arrest people for being mean to him on the internet.

Random thoughts on this idiotic video.

- Mouth breather alert 🤮
- I'm not usually one to comment on people's physical appearance but holy shit... dat hair... No wonder he's using wigs for his public appearances
- Major AmberLynn vibes with the blanket covering his beached whale bod except for the crusty bra straps
- Listen to that feminine voice... those dulcet tones...
- He's reeeeeally slurring his words a lot
- He's trying to sound solemn and full of gravitas but it comes off forced af
- Attempts to squeeze some tears out and fails, wipes non-existent tears from eyes while wearing eye liner and mascara, something no woman would do
- Some more AmberLynn realness with the humongous double chin + beetus knuckles combo :cryblood:
- He's barely able to string together a coherent sentence without resorting to repeating "and such" or filler phrases

I think I found Jonathan's vagina. Look at his armpit.

And I'm out, I can't watch any more of this travesty

How can someone so unstable even think they’d make a good role model for anyone? You’re suicidal, so you think you can help other “young girls” navigate that feeling? JFC. No.

Also, I can’t take anyone seriously who would wear a leopard print A cup on a live feed.
@sixthwave how many Facebook "Friends" does Jonathan actually have? I can only see "Followers" which are mostly paid profiles from the subcontinent.
