Agricultural land reserve. A quick look show that it's a way to keep lots vacant in anticipation of zoning changes. Some people blame it as part of the BC housing market problem. Hopefully a leaf can chime in with more explanation.

Article about the mega mansions on the ALR land.
BC has a lot of multi-generational farming families where parents, grandparents, siblings, kids, are all living together. So the lower mainland has a lot of mega homes with more than 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
Some people are concerned that people are using agricultural land to build mega-homes - and then not farming the land.

Honestly, Alicia should have expected this as JY's mo is to threaten legal action against many opposing him prominently under their real names--Miranda, Morgane, Meghan, Josh among them. I have the feeling Alicia still remains a purity warrior when it comes to the Farms and would block anyone who shared evidence from here because it's from here even if it's JY's Tweet. Too bad. If she followed along here, she'd understand that these are lolthreats that have never stood up when people stand up.

I totally agree with you. Adults bullying or otherwise harassing known minors online should be dealt with immediately for the reasons you've already mentioned.
My post was more in reference to JY's claim that users such as NoisyCricket (NC) are somehow guilty of cyberbullying solely on JY's say-so. NC's recent tweets interacting with JY have been polite, civil, and on-topic. As much as JY might dislike what NC is saying, the latter isn't bullying JY at present, and JY can still choose to overlook those tweets or mute/block NC if it's that much of a nuisance.
Hand in hand with both points, there's a certain irony that on-topic tweets from others are somehow harassing in nature to JY when Twitter was the platform of choice for both JY's tampon fetish and JY's harassing others with it - especially known minors.
JY seems much bolder when the other party is in BC where the Human Rights Tribunals exist and have the potential to provide relief. Perhaps to a lesser extent, the same can be said when the other party is in a province that also has these tribunals (are there any that don't at this point?).
When the other party - Dear Leader, for example - isn't in Canada, however, JY is a bit more timid, because legal action against those individuals would require a case to be filed in an actual court - a court that would likely not grant JY a hidden identity and allow the other party to uncover the relevant portions of JY's sordid behavior during the discovery process.

He only pretends to be liberal because that’s the side most likely to take his side as a troon, and he’s only a troon so he can ogle little girls in changing rooms. If it weren’t for those factors, he’d probably be as right wing as they come.
Troons are a very visible minority, especially the fat ones.

Imma just hazard a guess that Josh having the nads is another reason for Yaniv's timidity. Yaniv mostly strikes at women who aren't being permissive with him.

She seems smart enough to ask an attorney what to do, and that attorney is not allowed to be a purity warrior when helping a client to the best of their ability. She is going to be fine, it is just going to shake her up a bit and waste everyone's time.

A little cricket alluded once that the first anything any good lawyer tells you to do is "Shut the fuck up". I'm certain that Alicia is simply following that advice pending legal advisement. It's the correct course of action.
Yaniv doesn't have the sense to do that and is therefore quite content in melting down on Twatter - busily being racist and providing evidence of lack of impartiality with the BCHRT (directly engaging/emailing) as well.

I really hope Dr Hendley fights this and I hope she counter sues (if that's possible) and her and her lawyers give Jonathon everything his obese litigious ass deserves.Yo does the archive page have a limit to how many copies it'll make of a page?
