Fellow Feminazis of kf, sometimes u have to hear it from someone outside of r/gc and/or terve twitter. Quit obviously powerleveling, calling for dumb ops, and cooing around someone who should have known the risks of direct engagement, which is always inherent with psychos and/or their intersectional SJW types. I think what jy is doing to alicia is bullshit, but she should have anticipated this and been ready to react with, like, "fuck you and your shithole (fill in the blank)" here.

Alicia first engaged JY around 01/15 by posting The Screenshots on Twitter and asking, "Is this true, you sick fuck?" She then said and did go to Morgane Oger--saying in February that she had direct evidence of kids being harassed. Alicia got the peaktrans soon after and went full TERF, writing a commentary on Meghan Murphy's Feminist Current around April 1. When it appeared, her account was suspended (as in usually terminated) by Twitter. Alicia appealed, Twitter relented, and she became the latest TERF hero. She and Oger reapproached behind the scenes and were allied over JY by the time Oger released the "predator" essay. Since then, Alicia has been tag teaming Oger in directly engaging JY publicly. JY already filed litigation against Oger and threatened Oger, he always does that.

As the Farms are a public resource, the docs discussing the mom address were posted in late December (roughly page 95) for anyone to see--as is the suit before a real court that jy and codependent mommy Miriam Yaniv brought. That said, powerleveling or suggestions about what ur gonna do is against farm etiquette. We observe. We don't know if it's you unless you make it obvious, so quit doing that.

Yeah, this woman is grown. She can take care of herself and as has been stated she should have been prepared for this by how litigious happy Jonathan is. Kiwi Farms only gets involved in extreme situations and even that is rare. What immediately comes to mind is if a child was directly being harmed, though that is often a grey area, and if innocent animals are being harmed (like in the zoophilia cases).

Those were on the JCCF documents released when JY dropped the Poyer complaint last September. It is how gendertrender, the Economist and other media found them. We do not have them in the OP or anywhere else. JCCF has retracted that document and as Poyer successfully petitioned to reopen the complaint to get costs, they're not officially available.

Hell some of them live in America where it's perfectly legal to say that he's a disgusting man. I wonder if she is thinking it is better to put an end to the investigation, especially if she thinks it is likely to have an adverse outcome, and then reapply again or whatever later with an unblemished record, than get struck off now permanently. I have no idea how it works there.

In my country, people accused of professional misconduct in law and medicine often voluntarily relinquish their practising certificate, but it doesn't stop the process, though in the cases I'm aware of it does seem to lead to mitigated consequences.

Yeah, but she hasn't cropped back up on twatter yet either. Her latest FB post is about a kitten, how she'd like to adopt it but she's allergic.

I suspect it's a much longer twatter suspension, that she's broken and the best that JY can muster is a cat pic. Even though the twatter account is suspended, JY can still sign in and read all the things and see all the mentions. She just can neither respond nor can she send DMs.
