I don't believe he has ever addressed it because it doesn't get brought up much. Most people seem to focus on him talking about helping a girl out with a tampon in a bathroom. I think the main issue is that the facebook chat logs have Jonathan Yaniv's face and name clearly displayed in the conversation, so it's easy for new reader to understand who is saying what. It also has Jonathan Yaniv listing the hypothetical child's age, so we know it's a young girl he's talking about. Compare that to the AskFM posts, which don't list his name or face, and there is no age information about the girl he is directly talking to and trying to lure. In order to share these screenshots with new readers and have them make sense, it would require additional information, which is harder to share on mediums like Twitter.

Jonathan Yaniv will freak the fuck out if anyone ever figures out a way to share this information easily, because even the biggest TRA apologists can't excuse attempted child luring.

The litigation itself took place in December 2018. However, the pages before provide interesting caps of Mr. Locksmith Terry Whin-Yates selling what appears to be Miriam's old-lady family-house crap and pictures of Jonathan taking pictures of a sliding-glass door in an just-moved in residence at an earlier date.

Here in the states, property ownership is public and accessible through every county's grantor-grantee database. If BC has such a thing, the keywords "Jonathan Yaniv" and "Jessica Yaniv" and "Miriam Yaniv" would be enough to determine whether Jon does in fact have deed claim to any property in the province. And, such databases also include info on how properties transacted, whether through sale or foreclosure.

Extremely nice find. Yes, Yitzhak and his wife Miriam Altman-Yaniv (I remembered she used some hyphenated one). The aunt is obviously Miriam's sister. You look at this picture, and it looks maybe 2010-11 given the resemblance to Jon's college photo. Jon's been talking about how Yitzhak supported him and Miriam didn't. Clearly, that support is around him manning up and getting a job (which he did as Tier 1 for Shaw Cable before bombing it) and other normal adult things, and maybe he tolerated his son's national sex day thing as a college prank. But no way would this dad actually be proud of Jonathan now, as he's now BC's leading pedo and serial litigator toward vulnerable women. It's incredibly easy. Social media profiles are essentially just a set of data fields: name, sex, birthday, location, phone number, pictures, etc. There are tons of public datasets you can use to populate those fields. All you need to do is add a randomizer. If you want to get real fancy then you can tag the data to ensure that it stays consistent: female names matched with female pictures, birthdate based on general age range of pictures, phone number matched with location, etc. Such profiles can still be identified if someone really digs into the details, but it's easy enough to make a superficially convincing profile that takes more than a few Google searches to disprove.

You don't even need any technical expertise to do it. There are open-source projects and websites that can give you a fake identity in seconds. Even a wetbrain like JY can do it. Given the type of person he is there's no reason to think that he wouldn't have done it.
