Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

There are many, many straight women parading around these days calling themselves "trans men" without ever taking testosterone (and I think it takes a while for testosterone to stop the period completely anyway), just like there are a whole slew of troons who will never take estrogen. Those women all have periods, but I seriously doubt a single one of them would ever use the men's bathroom out of (rightful) fear of male violence. Patterns show that most trans-identified females prefer to use the women's bathroom, regardless of hormone status, just like they prefer to be on women's sports teams and women's prisons. It's one of the many ways the trans-identified male platform of "everyone should use facilities/services matching their gender identity" screws things up for females who actually are at risk of violence, rape and death should they try to force themselves into male spaces.

Anyway, yeah, I don't think anybody uses those dispensers anyway. Every one I've seen has had shit quality products that could be one-upped by loads of toilet paper lol. I've never seen a single woman ever use one.
Also, actual trans men want to avoid having periods as soon as possible.

Is his mental age 12?

Countdown to Jonathan coming out as "transage"...

But nah, he's just yet another one of these men who fetishize what they think are the "core experiences" of female childhood, all of which they view through a lens of overt sexualization and male fantasy: A girl's first period becomes a fantasy about helping young girls insert tampons, sleepovers become some kind of male gaze fanfiction of scantily-clad girls having pillow-fights and being oh-so girly, etc. Not only do these things feed his pedophilic fantasies about young girls, but they allow him to fantasize about how he's such a "real girl" because he's pretending to have these experiences that he thinks, because he's a fetishist who knows nothing about actual women and girls, are intrinsic to being a "girl".

Pro tip, Yaniv: Real girls would never dream of telling a stranger they've just started their period for the first time, let alone accept help from strange men who wear purple ball-gowns in public that make them look like Ursula the sea-witch, and real sleepovers for girls who would now be your age were about watching horror movies and trading Pokemon cards, not sexy pillow fights and makeup.

Is his mental age 12?

Yes, he is. You can see this even in The Screenshots. He sincerely believes he's like Judy Blume's "Are you there God, it's me Margaret," discovering makeup, girl fights, anticipating breast growth and periods. He thinks his "crushes" on people--whether they be 48 like Char or 14 like the Cimorelli fans are benign, and cancelling their accounts when he's mad is totally justified.

I think that the fight to define platforms such as Twitter as public spaces, rather than legally existing as private businesses as they currently do, is going to be an incredibly important and decisive moment in Internet freedom. Given that Internet traffic is now consolidated mainly to a few, massive social media sites, it is much harder for people who disagree with a certain company's policies to just "take their business elsewhere."

(As a side note, I don't even understand why everyone gets so excited about banning people they hate from major platforms. If I felt that someone was a threat to me, I'd much rather be able to watch them and their actions than ostracize them to a place I can't see where they can plan to, IDK, misgender me or laugh at my ugly hair, behind my back.)

So, even if she and her lawyers weren't successful and perhaps didn't go about it perfectly, I think Meghan Murphy's lawsuit is part of the start of something big. I don't know if the public will ever successfully wrest Internet usage from the hands of the corporations and advocates that now police it, but this shows that people are willing to at least try. :semperfidelis:

Yeah, so? A lot of people in America don't have many reasonable shopping options outside of Walmart or Amazon. Despite the lack of accessible alternatives you can still get yourself "banned" from both--in the case of Walmart you'd be "trespassed" meaning if you came back you could be arrested on the spot. I don't see how this gay Twitter crap is any different. Internet access is a public service (thanks obongo); SoCIaL mEdiA isn't.

Is this "fight" going to be for nationalizing social media? Good luck with that.

Yeah I don't really know what Murphy was expecting to accomplish. Does someone have a link to the original complaint where she outlined (or attempted to outline) what authority the judge had to grant her relief?
Wasn't a side objective to use the US court system expose Yaniv since he trooned his way into making it illegal to talk about him in Canada

While I do think Facebook and Twitter and Google are monopolies and need to be broken up the way AT&T was back in the 80s, the lefty in me chuckles that the same people who championed the system that made tech monopolies possible are now screaming for government regulation. But yes, the market desperately needs competition, the current state of affairs is stifling innovation and I'm very uneasy about private companies that aren't accountable to the people having de facto censorship powers over private citizen's speech, even if it's speech I don't agree with because the public tide of opinion can turn in an instant.

The same people who agitate for the government itself to have such powers, because they live in a tiny little troon bubble of absolute insanity, don't realize that if the government could do that, highly unpopular speech like troon shit would be among the first shit to get shut down. If you said 99% of the shit troons routinely say, like girls can have penises and pregnancy is a tranny issue, and if your son gets caught with a Barbie you should immediately chop his dick off, to any normal person they'd be aghast.

Yeah, be careful what you wish for, cause you just might get it.

Now that Morgane Oger has written her essay, it is on the trans people that are supposedly normal and worry about Jess' extremely poor example to be speaking out against JY. They have the most powerful trans person in Canada behind them, they can still be for SOGI 123 and the shit Morgane supports, and still be in support of Morgane on this essay, which claims many MTF are worrying about being seen as JY types when they just want to live quietly as anyone else. The fact that they're not coming out publicly behind Morgane makes me wonder how many normies there really are among the MTF crowd.

Probably just the tiny, tiny number of genuinely homosexual men who still call themselves transsexuals, most of whom have already been silenced and driven from the movement. My understanding, though, is that most of them want nothing to do with Oger or any of this shit, they were largely happier before the hetero troons painted a target on their backs by making a big deal out of everything.

But Oger is far from a normie - he campaigns to shut down rape crisis shelters and is extremely against women's rights, especially women's right to have sex segregated spaces like bathrooms, locker rooms, prisons, shelters, etc. He's a misogynist creep just like all these other agp and/or hetero troons.
