You'd think that they'd be able to design a smaller version of that Life Alert thing but then again it's designed for the elderly and a large button is required.

"Cannot be refused services for females"

Nigga tf you gonna do with a pap smear?

Technically, males have a cervix too. The developmental analog, meaning they're the same structure before sex differentiation, is the prostatic utricle.

For this reason, I hereby endorse Jonathan's call for pap smears for any gender. I will fight for Jonny's right to have a stiff plastic brush and a rigid plastic spatula shoved up his urethra and spun vigorously to scrape the surface of his prostate. And then I call on Jon to step up and be the symbol of this victory and courageously volunteer to be the first male to receive the procedure.

It would be really handy if someone with more technical knowledge could work out how to rip the video from that site, I've tried just about everything I know.
I'm sure you've probably already thought of this, but screen capture is an ok last resort when you can't get it direct. It's not exactly 4k original video in the first place.

Reactions: Brain Problems
That was amazing. @UselessRubberKeyboard he didn't fall but was rolled in on a wheelchair. The proclaiming his brain tumor.

I really enjoyed how the council entertained the Jazz festival people afterwards then nervously waited for Jonathan to leave after his presentation.

At 0:57, right after Jess says "I have a brain tumor, not fun," there's a laughing sound. Who'd it come from?

if he gets outed to his doctors as a munchie (or a wannabe munchie) he's fuckin screwed out of a lot of future schemes.

Getting ideas from kiwi farms about how to shield yourself from accusations is a bad idea. Here we specialize in the weird (people, communities, social phenomenon, etc). Normies don't care about any of this shit and most of them would disbelieve 1/2 of what we post about here because it sounds like bullshit. Pedo-inducing tumors are definitely one of those things that normies don't know about, don't care enough to look into, and will disbelieve because it sounds incorrect (and to be fair the scientific community found a grand total of ONE of these anyway, so normies are not far off the mark).

your post is fetish bait, someone probably jerked off to it. probably someone from animal control

I think we should tag team on Jonathan though since you might be getting slow in your old age if you've missed this month's quota of troons to kill.
Midgendering works a treat I hear. The pronoun corresponding to their birth sex is absolutely mortally damaging depending on context. I promise to turn up my deadly pronoun usage to 11 and let fly.

Null the link to original is up here http://tol.ca.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?view_id=2&clip_id=600

God, He is a stupid mother fucker.

Yaniv shows up in a wheelchair, fumbles with the microphone for longer than he actually speaks, and has a surprising amount of energy for a patient newly diagnosed with a brain tumor. Unsurprisingly, he did not prepare anything and did not form a single coherent sentence. He wasted the Council's time and failed to promote a shitty environmental cause he doesn't care about. All of the information he spits out can be found in the topic summary of his delegation appearance request. His request actually has more information about his proposed "Environmental Tax" that he completely forgot to mention.

Desired resolution:
Bylaw request: Ban Single Use Plastics, BAN MASS BALLOON RELEASE, Impose Taxes.

Good luck trying to pass a ban on single use plastics with all the fucking tampons you buy.
Maybe the fake brain tumor is just a cover story for his actual retardation.

Here's the full delegation request that he submitted in order to appear:

It would be really handy if someone with more technical knowledge could work out how to rip the video from that site, I've tried just about everything I know.

Here's how you do it:
  1. Install ffmpeg, ideally before the stream starts. If you're on Windows you should also use these instructions to make it so you can use ffmpeg from anywhere on the command line instead of having to specify the path to the EXE.
  2. Open your browser and go to the URL for the streaming video player, e.g. http://tol.ca.granicus.com/mediaplayer.php?event_id=d62038c2-5d9e-4d6e-8f50-5671b264e683
  3. Right click the page and select "Inspect Element" / "Inspect" / (whatever your browser calls its developer tools) from the dropdown menu.
  4. The window that pops up will have some tabs/buttons at the top. Find the one labelled "Network" and click it.
  5. Near the top of the window you'll see a search box with some grey text that says "Filter". Immediately to right of that box you'll a button labelled "All" - click that button.
  6. Go back to the Filter search box, type in "playlist.m3u8" without the quotes, and hit enter.
  7. You should see at least one entry in the table below the search box. If you don't then refresh the page.
  8. Click on one of the entries in the table to select it. You'll have a pane on the right that gives you more details about the entry you selected.
  9. The details pane has its own little set of tabs. It should show you the "Headers" tab by default, but if it doesn't then find that tab and click on it.
  10. In the Headers tab you should see a line near the top that says "Request URL". Look at the listed URL and make sure it ends with "playlist.m3u8". If it doesn't then keep selecting different entries from the table until you find a request URL that does.
  11. Open your Terminal (Mac/Linux) / Command Line (Windows)
  12. Run this command after substituting in the m3u8 URL you copied and whatever filename you want to use for the video. Don't delete the quotes, you want the URL to be quoted: ffmpeg -i "PUT_M3U8_URL_HERE" -c copy WHATEVER_NAME_YOU_WANT.mkv
  13. You can specify a different format for the video rather than .mkv, but there's all sorts of audio codec fuckery that can leave you with a totally silent video if you don't do it right. Using .mkv should work right out of the gate, and you can always convert the .mkv to something else later if you want to.

And that's it. It's really not as complex as it might look from my instructions. Takes maybe 15 seconds once you're familiar with the process.
